  • Internet Access - Internet access is available on all Princess vessels through the 24-hour onboard internet caf? and wireless network, which is available in staterooms and various public areas.

Guests can use the state-of-the-art computer systems located in the internet caf? to access their web-based email accounts or to browse the internet. Guests may also use their own wireless-enabled laptops to access the internet through the onboard wireless network.

Guests may contact the Internet Caf? Manager onboard for information regarding the charges that apply to internet and wireless services, and any other specific requirements.

Please note that internet access via satellite is significantly slower than high-speed connections on shore. Princess reserves the right to filter content accessed via the ship's internet services. High bandwidth consuming applications - such as voice over IP telephony, peer-to-peer file sharing, and streaming media - may be restricted onboard Princess vessels.

  • Medical Emergencies - The shipboard medical centers are primarily intended to provide acute care for illness and accidents that may occur while on vacation and are not intended to provide long-term care for patients with chronic illnesses or as a substitute for regular health care.

The medical centers are intended to provide quality maritime medical care for guests and crew members aboard the ships; initiate appropriate stabilization, diagnostic and therapeutic maneuvers for critically ill or mentally unstable patients; support, comfort and care for patients onboard; and facilitate the timely medical evacuation of patients, if appropriate.

Charges for medical services will be added to guests' shipboard account. Guests will be provided with an itemized account to submit to their insurance company. Please note that Princess ships are registered in Bermuda. Guests should verify with their insurer if coverage applies outside the United States, or purchase appropriate travel insurance.

  • Pregnancy Policy - Pregnant women entering the 24th week of pregnancy by the last day of the cruise are not allowed to sail.

All pregnant women are required to produce a physician?s letter stating that mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel and the pregnancy is not high-risk. The letter must also include the estimated date of delivery (EDD) calculated from both Last Menstrual Period (LMP) and ultrasound (if performed).

It is strongly recommend that pregnant guests review their health insurance coverage before cruising. Many policies, including Medicare, will not pay for services or hospitalization outside of the country or for emergency evacuation.

Guests may want to consider Princess Vacation Protection, which is available for purchase up to the time of final payment of the cruise fare. If the guest did not secure Princess Vacation Protection, it is recommended that they secure other travel protection.

  • Smoking Policy - Keeping the comfort of guests a priority, Princess has implemented the following smoking policy:

    Designated Smoking Areas
Clearly marked "Designated Smoking Areas" are available onboard and include a sufficient number of ashtrays that are emptied regularly. Generally, these areas include cigar lounges, a section of the nightclub and casino, as well as a portion of the open decks. As a safety precaution, passengers are reminded to properly dispose of cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco, which are never to be thrown overboard as this may be sucked back into the ship and cause fires.

    Stateroom Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all passenger staterooms and on stateroom balconies. Violations to this policy will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence, which will be charged to the guest's stateroom account.

    Electronic Cigarettes
The use of electronic cigarettes is permitted in all areas onboard with the exception of dining areas and the Princess Theater. However, should a fellow guest in the vicinity feel inconvenienced and complain, even after being told the difference between electronic and real cigarettes, the guest will be asked to refrain from smoking the electronic cigarette.

  • Special Dietary Needs - Advance Notice Required - Princess is happy to meet your request for low-sodium, low-fat, low-sugar, and vegetarian diets. Guests may visit Cruise Personalizer? on the Princess website (https://book.princess.com/cruisepersonalizer/) to indicate dietary preferences.

In addition, kosher meals and baby food are available upon advance written request. Any other special diet requests must be authorized in advance by the Princess corporate office.

Guests or their travel agent must advise Princess, in writing, of any special diet, allergies, or medical needs. Requests must be received no later than 35 days prior to departure for cruises to Alaska, Canada/New England, Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico, Panama Canal and Coastal Getaways. For all other cruises, requests must be received no later than 65 days prior to departure. Once onboard, please check with the Maitre D' to confirm the request.

  • Wheelchair Access & Special Needs - Princess makes every effort to accommodate guests with disabilities. Guests can ensure a successful trip by working with them in advance. Guests or their travel agents should notify Princess of wheelchair usage, special needs, and/or service animals before the voyage. Notices and requests must be made in writing and faxed to the Princess Access office at 661-284-4408 at least 30 days prior to sailing. For answers to any questions about the program, please call the Princess Access office at 661-284-4521.

All Princess ships have wheelchair-accessible staterooms, but it is highly recommended that guests bring collapsible wheelchairs, as the widths of the stateroom doors vary. Guests may bring their own, or they can pre-reserve a wheelchair and have it and other medical equipment delivered to the ship by contacting Special Needs at Sea at 800-513-4515 (outside the US 954-585-0575), or by visiting Special Needs at Sea's website (http://www.specialneedsatsea.com/). Alternatively, guests may contact CareVacations at 877-478-7827 or cruiseshipassist.com. Some areas on some ships are not wheelchair accessible.

Passengers utilizing mobility devices with batteries are advised that the batteries must be a dry cell type, and must be stored and recharged in the stateroom. Mobility devices of any kind, like any other items, may not be left outside the stateroom. Because of staffing limitations, it is recommended that guests travel with a companion who is physically able to assist them both onboard and onshore.

Travelers with disabilities should check in with the onboard Tour Office to ensure all shore excursions can accommodate them. Not all port facilities are accessible for those using mobility devices. Ports may be accessed by a variety of methods including a ramped gangway, a series of steps or by tender. In some cases, you may be able to access the tender, but the shoreside facility will not be accessible. Many ports of call use a mechanism known as a ?stair climber? to assist passengers up and down the gangway. Passengers must transfer to a Princess wheelchair, which is connected to the stair climber and operated by the ship?s personnel. Guests may be precluded from going ashore if they cannot transfer or if their personal mobility device cannot be easily disembarked. With the safety and comfort of guests in mind, the decision to permit or prohibit passengers from going ashore will be made on each occasion by the ship?s Captain, and the decision will be final. Ports that normally use tenders to access the shore are noted on the itinerary.

The maximum weight of the wheelchair including guest cannot exceed 600 lbs. on transportation lifts. If the guests has purchased a Princess Transfer at the start or end of the cruise, they must be made aware that lift-equipped transportation may not be available in their port of embarkation or disembarkation.

    Tender Port Policy
The goal of Princess Cruises is to provide a safe comfortable cruise experience for all guests. If a guest will be using a mobility device during their sailing, it is strongly recommended that they travel with a person physically fit to assist with the guest's needs both onboard and ashore. Embarking and disembarking can be challenging for those with limited mobility. Many major ports of call provide easy access for wheelchairs and scooters. However, due to various conditions - steepness of the gangway, weather, shore-side facilities, tidal and sea conditions - passengers using mobility devices may be required to transfer to a stair climber or be precluded from going ashore. Princess staff will make every effort to assist but are not allowed to individually physically lift more than 50 pounds (22 kg).

Some ports of call require the ship to anchor off shore. Passengers are then taken to shore by small boats or tenders. When tendering is required, passengers using mobility devices will not be transferred into or out of the tender, if lifting in excess of the above limitation is required. Many tender ports do not provide wheelchair access so even if the passenger can board the tender they may not be able to disembark ashore. Again the shore-side facilities, movement of the tender, weather and tidal conditions can also preclude tendering.

The decision to allow any passenger to board a tender or disembark the vessel will be made by the Captain on the basis of the safety and welfare of all involved and is final. If passengers are unable to tender or disembark because of circumstances outlined above there will be no refund or credit for missed ports. While Princess recognizes guests' disappointment, the safety of both guests and crew takes precedence.

Entry regulations for service animals vary by port. Passengers are advised to consult authorities at each port prior to departure for more information. Princess does not have food onboard for animals. The choice of dog litter material is limited and varies by ship.

    Electronic Assistance Devices
Princess ships are equipped with ?All-in-One Kits? with TTY that can be used in most passenger cabins and at Princess wilderness lodges. Most televisions onboard provide closed captioning and most onboard theaters have assisted listening devices. Electric outlets in most staterooms are limited to one and it is helpful to travel with an extension cord for electrical equipment. Princess also offers JAWS Professional software with a KOSS-TD/80 headset on one terminal in each Internet Caf? on every ship.

My Alaskan experience

| Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan
Since the weather in Alaska changes so often I feel the ship that was used should have had an enclosed deck or some sort of covering leading to the buffets. It was also very difficult to view any movies on board the upper deck since most of the time it was raining. Again an enclosed deck covering would've been ideal. Also I would have thought more salmon would be served at the buffets since I am on an Alaskan cruise. There was also a shortage of motor coaches to transport passengers to the airport after disembarking from the ship.

British Isles Cruise 2019

| British Isles
Congratulations to Princess for not only maintaining the high quality we have come to expect from them, but in many cases surpassing our expectations. We have sailed with Princess several times previously and have always been impressed by the beauty and variety of the lounges, the attentiveness of the staff in both cabin upkeep and in the dining rooms, and the variety of the dining choices. I was pleased to see that the Crown (which I had sailed on in its inaugural year) has been beautifully maintained and shows little sign of age. Yes, it's a huge ship, with plenty of guests onboard, but the staff has figured out how to organize shore excursions so it's orderly and convenient. The logistics were impeccable. The other improvement I noticed was in the entertainment. Not only were there numerous production shows featuring talented dancers and an 8 piece band, but local talent was brought onboard (an opera singer, step dancers, incredible ventriloquist, and other musicians who appeared in the piazza and in the lounges non-stop). It was easy to find something fun to do at all times.

coastal california 2016

| seattle, astoria, san fransisco and santa barbara
This was our 3rd cruise with Princess and we have 2 more scheduled. Staff is helpful and room was nice. Like a balcony room. Muir woods is assume, go whale watching in Santa Barbara must do Space Needle. Pier 39 is an easy walk from ship.

Excellent

| British Isles
The staff are excellent! Sanja was always there smiling!

Quebec City to Ft Lauderdale

| Quebec City to Fl Lauderdale
Overall a very good trip with great service by all the ships staff. Food was good to excellent depending on the dining hall, buffet or speciality restaurant you went to. The bed in the Mini Suite, Club Class, was the best I've ever slept in and had no problem sleeping on this trip. Recommend for others to take this cruise and take the shore excursions that show the seasonal change of the fall foliage, beautiful especially in Canada and Bar Harbor.

Best Cruise!!!

| Princess Cay and Amber Cove
Loved this cruise. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The food in all venues on the ship was delicious. Dining room staff was wonderful. There were many fun activities to take part in or many places available to relax if that is what you want.

The Crown Princess

| Hawaii, Western Samoa, American Samoa, Morea, Bora Bora, Tahaiti
This was an enjoyable trip, but after sailing on a small ship, there were just too many people. The captain was wonderful. He kept everyone well informed with whatever was going on. When he was walking about the ship, he always made time to stop and speak with passengers. The time just flew by for a 29 day trip.

A great time

| Mexico Riviera
Thanks as always for your help. We have referred a number of friends to you over the years and will continue to do so. Until we talk to you again, Adios!!

A first time cruiser that will be cruising Princess again!

| Alaska
This was mine and my husbands first cruise. It is certain we will be taking another cruise next year. This time we plan on bring the whole family.

Crown Princess December 17/17 trip

| Just Turks-Caicos and Amber Grove
Food good, but not as good as Regal. Same goes for entertainment.

Alaska EduCruise

| Alaska
Staff helpful in adjusting meeting times and facilities, good service to meeting room, Ship seemed a bit tired and worn. Food in regular dining rooms not as good as in past--apparently the best food is going to the specialty restaurants.

Disembarking for Shore Excursions

| British Isles
The long waits and lines in the Princess Theater was something that we had not experienced on other Princess cruises. Talking to other guests they were not happy either. By the time we reached Invergordon the disembarking was much faster. We thought Princess was cheap charging 16.00 for the bus into town. We took the bus into town on the second day in Dublin. Last year we were on the Crown in Barcelona and the buses into town were free. The cruise was fun. We will be back.

Alaska Cruise

| Alaska: Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway, Victoria, BC
There was not enough time in port, if you had planned an excursion. One example was our excursion in Ketchikan took the entire port time and we did not get to visit the city or its shops at all.

Alaska vacation

| Ketchikan,Juneau,Skagway,Glacier Bay,College Fjord and the lodges
Worse vacation we have ever been on. First there was dead bugs in our room, 3 times we had to have them clean, finally we did it ourselves. Four of us were on the trip but they thought we only needed 3 beds,it took awhile to get them to bring us a cot. Breakfast and Lunch you had to wait in long lines where you were you pushed and shoved by the large groups of Asians that were there. Tables were left with dirty dishes all over until almost to the end. At the lodges same thing trouble getting beds to sleep in and in the dining areas they were out of juices and other things. Service? You would sit 15-30 waiting for a waitress. Vending machines were empty. All we got from everyone is this is the first cruise or we are not stock yet.

Princess is extremely efficient, prepare excellent food. Highly staffed with smiling and happy people. Mini suite was comfortable and clean. Room Stewart took care of our every wish and prepared a Birthday surprise in our cabin while we were at dinner.

Great trip. Weather was cooperative during the entire trip. Ship accommodations were great. Service wonderful!

New England Canada 2017 Oct 15-25

| New England Canada
This was the best cruise we've had with Princess. The dining, cabin, service desk, and shop staff were all excellent!!! The jewelry and art staff had great people skills and were patient and accommodating. The art presentations and auctions were outstanding; our art experiences were among the highlights of the cruise. The tour options were great and we easily managed a few sites on our own. The entertainment and music were wonderful. We saw the productions the first half of the cruise and, to avoid the crazy stress of getting seats in the theater and Explorer's lounge, we shifted to the lounges for the second half. The musicians was very enjoyable. We have four negative comments: (1) The bar staff in both the Crooners and Wheelhouse were not taking orders or serving drinks the first night or the beginning of the second night. They were clearing glasses when patrons left but they totally ignored anyone walking in and were clearly not taking orders. Patrons had to go to the bar to order drinks. If this expectation was set, frustration could have been avoided; (2) The air was not working in our cabin the last night on the ship; (3) During the disembarkation process, the bathrooms were closed due to plumbing problems. At the same time, my husband got sick. He turned grey, was lightheaded and dizzy, and walking off the ship was difficult. We agreed to avoid calling for help hoping that the fresh air would help him make it to the terminal restrooms; (4) We were very disappointed with the Sabatini's menu and didn't eat there. Despite the negative comments, again, this was a great vacation and we look forward to our next Princess cruise.

EXCELLANT

| ALASKA
GLAD I TOOK YOUR ADVISED, I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. I WAS SEARCHING FOR A MARRIOTT HOTEL, SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO RETURN SO SOON. THE AIR IN ALASKA GLAICERS IS CLEAN, e.g. WHEN YOU SUCK ON A PEPPERMENT AND INHALE. CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE SHIP WAS ABOVE BOARD. ALASKA BEAUTY IS BREATHTAKING.

One out of fourteen is not to bad!!

| Coastal
We have sailed 14 times, 13 on Princess and this was just a disappointing dinning experience as well as cabin stewards .

Amazing vacation!

| Mexican Riviera
This was our first cruise, and it was absolutely amazing! We were treated like royalty, and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The food was exquisite, the service was top notch. It was simply a beautiful vacation!

Great Cruise!

| Ireland, Scotland and France
Overall the cruise was amazing. I cruise for the locations or ports, not the other stuff. The ports on this cruise were fantastic. The ship itself was in good shape, the staff was so friendly, he food was decent (I did the buffet for every meal and was happy with it!), and the upgraded mattresses were super comfortable. My only "issues" were that I'm in my 30's and the average age on this cruise was probably around 60-70 years old. But again, it's a long cruise and who can afford to take their family on something like this? Just expect things to move a little bit slower with that type of crowd. The entertainment seemed to gear their activities towards that crowd - example - bingo. I wish there were more entertainment activities on board, but then again, I'm going on a cruise for the ports. Overall, a great cruise to choose!

Cant say enough on how well we were treated when I had to call for help for my husband. Staff was wonderful, as was the might manager who stayed with me until after we were in the medical center. Tests and following ups were very thorough.

Nice ship and staff.

Crown Princess headed for drydock makeover in March of 2018...

Hopefully, when the Crown is renovated, necessary changes will also be made to match the standards of the well executed food service enjoyed on other Princess ships. As usual the entire staff was thoughtful and accommodating. Their good work much appreciated!

Mixed emotions

| San Diego, Cabo san Lucas, Loreto, La Paz, Puerta Vallarta
I would like to award 3.5 stars. I can easily deal with only fair buffet food, but I will not accept rudeness from anyone in the hospitality industry. Above con discussing shore tour employee was a Princess employee -- the tour operators, employees of the tour companies, were fantastic! Would have liked more entertainment in the mornings and afternoons. I didn't come to watch a lot of movies --- we can do that anywhere--- we prefer more lectures and fun things. For example, there was Wii bowling, but only for 30 minutes, so each player only bowled 5 frames. I got the feeling that Princess was heavy on those activities that did not require staff involvement (eg movies), as perhaps a cost-cutting measure. Dining room staff (the same waiters each night in Anytime Dining) did not seem to have their act together; guests had to request things over and over again. The food, however, was very very good, much better than Royal Caribbean; some nights it was hard to narrow down the choices!

Crown Princess Alaska Cruise

| Alaska
The cruise was very organized and well done. All land tours were well planned and fun. The Princess Hotels were immaculate and well staffed except for the Fairbanks Hotel. Their balcony was wonderful but not staffed. Also the food menus at the hotels were basically the same with the food being very average. The food aboard the ship was also very mediocre with the exception of Sabatinis which was excellent.

Alaska experience

| Alaska
Beautiful ship awesome staff. Wonderful experience.

The Steele Family "Decade Cruise"

| Princess Cay, St. Thomas, St. Marten
Paring inches from state/bath rooms to accomadate more passengers was disappointing. Bath shower controls were hard to adjust--needed help from attendant & location of toilet paper holder was very inconvenient. The comedian even remarked on these. Anyone with too many extra pounds could barely move. Some bars were also inconvenient & servers had to go up/down stairs for orders--making a long wait for drinks. As usual, the food was plentiful with tastes for all, especially the breakfast/lunch buffets, but the dinner menu descriptions & presentations, although very nice, were not what expected--got a big plate with lots of empty spaces due to small portions. One incident occured in photograph shop the night before arr. in FLL. Had purchased pictures, given to family at dinner which they took with to maybe get more. We were basically accused of stealing pix, until I finally found receipt for proof of purchase in stateroom. Know the cashier was doing her job, but tact was not one of her assets. Enough negative--all else POSITIVE!! We had a wonderful family "Decade Cruise"--10 to 80!!

Nice ship a very comfortable size

| Ft Lauderdale to Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire to Ft. Lauderdale
This was our third cruise on the Crown Princess. It being an older ship, it is maintained really well. There is only one complaint we would have and that is the bed. Having been on other Princess ships with the new bedding and mattresses, we missed having the upgrade on the Crown. However, we enjoy the size and dcor of this ship. We would definitely sail on her again with no hesitation.

Post cruise information

| Alaska
The crew seemed to be SINCERELY friendlier than past cruises. For the most part they seemed interested in all of us. The excursion desk had a few bad experiences that people seemed upset about.

Crown Princess 10 night cruise

| Princess Cays, St. Lucis, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Barbados, Antigua
We loved our trip. Food was good. Room service was extremely quick. Very clean ship. Service was wonderful. Some activities had standing room only, like comedy shows. We did an excursion at each stop, bought through Princess prior to sailing. At some ports there were staff at exiting (in their cute white uniforms), but we were sent the wrong direction a few times. No one on the ship or at the exit knew if we should go left or right. At some ports the excursion people were right there. However, if they were not you were on your own to find them. You must exit the ship early or you could miss your transport. This cost us time at each port, thus the 4 out of 5 rating.

North to Alaska

| Inner Passage
Top notch in every way.

Alaska Cruise

| Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Ketchikan, Victoria
Lotus Spa was a disappointment. On first visit with wife we discovered that the two special showers did not function. One was being worked on by a repairman at the time of our visit but still did not function properly after his work. Couples spa was very under heated on a solo visit by my wife. The men's separate dry sauna did not function properly on first visit. Not heated at all. Seating area for changing was very inadequate. Of the five or so treadmills that I used, only one had a functioning heart rate monitor. When we asked for a refund for the Lotus Spa it was not handled very well. The spa manager (Britt) seemed accusatory and questioned our motivations in an unpleasant manner. Food in all locations was very good. Wait staff was superb. Boarding and disembarkation handled very well. Skagway should be skipped with more time in Victoria. We arrived after 7 pm at Victoria. Difficult to enjoy a bus tour in the dark.

Mexican cruise Feb 28th-March 7th

| Puerto Vallerta, Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas
All in all excellent, except it would have been nice to stay in Cabo San Lucas a but longer. Also. although the food was excellent, we wondered why there were no Mexican cuisine options on a cruise to Mexico-

WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME!

| Mexican Riviera
We vistied the Mexcian Riviera on the Crown Princess. The Captain was so lovely, he kept us informed of the weather, the sea conditions, the whereabouts of the ship at all times. We went on two excursions - so much fun. AND THE BEST PART!!! THE BEST PART WAS THE EXPEDITED DISEMBARKING. WE WERE OFF THE SHIP AND IN OUR CARS IN UNDER A 1/2 HOUR. LOVED THAT. All fun things on the ship were organized, on time, enjoyable and met all of our expectations. The two guys on Princess Patter were hysterical and I loved the bed I slept in. I did not want to come home at all.

Great people!

| Southern Alaska (inside passage): Glacier Bay, Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan; and Victoria BC
I think there is a strategy to beds that are a bit hard: you don't want to hang out in them too long so you can get out and buy drinks and gamble (but we don't do either). That said - the crew is amazing. Helpful at every turn. They do treat you like you are the most important person on the planet!

Alaska-Tracy Arm

| Alaska-Tracy Arm
Awesome trip! This is one cruise you have to do. The scenery is unbelieveable. Only negative for me is not enough time in ports to do excursions & enjoy the individual ports. I would do this cruise again!!

Great classic Princess Ship- The Crown

| Southern Carribean
The Crown is an older midsize ship but I think she is in wonderful shape. She has been takin very good care of. The decor is classic and beautiful. I really liked using the Medallion and the app to find my ship mates.

Good, but not excellent

| Mexico
Some of the food served in the dining room was not as good as previous cruises that I have been on. The selections were good, but the preparation didn't meet my expectations. Also there was no chocolate/another kind of buffet night that I have come to expect on a cruise.

Alaskan Cruise

| Alaska
Very nice!

Mexican Riviera

| Mexican Riviera
The cruise was every bit as fun as my last cruise on another cruise line. I liked the other cruise line better than Princess but that's not to say that I didn't enjoy it! My husband & I went for our 30th anniversary & not only did we get a champagne brunch (huge) but we also got a special dessert at dinner! I really liked the fact that you could buy a drink card for soda once & you got free refills the remainder of the cruise. The ports were great & we had a lot of fun! We swam with dolphins in Puerto Vallarta. In Cabo, our excursion was cancelled due to weather but we had a great time shopping & eating while we were there, just the same. Highly recommended!!

Our Princess Coastal Cruise

| San Francisco, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Ensenada
We enjoyed our Coastal Cruise on the Crown Princess. Yes, as southern California residents, we know we could "just drive" to the cities we visited, but this was a unique way to see these special places. It was awesome to enter San Francisco Bay under the Golden Gate Bridge! Yes, it was early but so exciting to be in a fog bank on the ocean side of the bridge and sail into a crystal clear pre-dawn view of the city. We stayed up and also witnessed our departure the same way at 11:00 p.m. Then traveling by tender thru Santa Barbara harbor was fun. We walked, shopped and dined through the afternoon. Our plan of walking to the Seaport Village in San Diego from the dock was not to be...rain. Instead we didn't even leave the ship! We enjoyed the leisure time. Finally, Ensenada was another port where we stayed on board and had a quiet day. Usually we go, go, go on our weekend cruises, so this was a nice change of pace.

Land & Cruise trip with Princess & Crown Princess

| Alaska
The land portion was extremely well done. We had a terrific land tour director, Leah Iverson, who was efficient, organizer, and on top of all facets of details, and fun as well. She made the days enjoyable by her help. Our cruise on board the Crown Princess was wonderful. Food was great, ports of call good, and the excursions we took well done and great memories. Overall, Princess did an outstanding job of making everything seamless in taking care of connections, ease of travel, and answering any and every question we had. Everything was, in our view, excellent. We will definitely use Princess again in our travels.

Great time, beautiful ship

Having been on over 20 cruises Ive found the Crown Princess to be one of the best. Would definitely consider a return to this ship.

Alaska cruise

| Alaska
We had a wonderful experience! We were able to see and do many things we never guessed we would do. Highly recommend this cruise. All of our connections went smoothly and we never worried about anything!

A grand old dame

| Grand Turk, Dominican Republic, Ft Lauderdale
We love the Crown Princess, but she's showing her age. She needs an update, especially to the Internet service, which is all but useless. After a frustrating hour during which I managed to download some email headers (though not the email content) I gave up. Then it took me ten minutes to log out! The ship is lovely, elegant and comfortable, but there are definitely worn areas showing. My only other complaint was the service in the Crown Grill. The servers seemed to be constantly moving about, certainly not lazy, but the food arrived warm, not hot. It seemed disorganized. The regular dining room service was great, and all the staff throughout the ship were friendly and helpful.

Good Cruise

| Alaska
The cruise was really great! I enjoyed the food at the Botticelli dining room; however we had an early dining which tended to get in the way of activities and therefore we did not use it but twice. The food at the buffet left a lot to be desired. The hospitality of the crew was superb. The ports were very much geared to the tourist stores which made it good for getting t-shirts for family, but that got old very quickly. We were really impressed with the excursions- whale watching in Juneau and hike and raft in Skagway. Princess did a great job of organizing and making sure that we got to our excursions as well as to the destinations at Denali and Anchorage. I was surpisingly impressed with the food at the ports- Harbor House in Skagway was the absolute best! Anchorage had things to do-outside the downtown area. So we were limited to what we could do there because we could not get out of downtown without spending a ton of money on a cab. I was disappointed in the location of the hotel in Anchorage, or at least the limited means of transportation there. Overall, I would recommend this cruise.

Giaquinto's Review

| Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Santiago, Puerto Montt, Punta Arenas, Ushuaia, Falkland Islands, Puerto Madryn, Montevideo and Buenos Aires
Really enjoyed Machu Picchu. The service of all the Princess staff was very good, most of the hotels were first rate, except for Santiago (a Renaissance Hotel) and the The Brick in Buenos Aires.

Wonderul time on Alaskan cruise

| Juneau, Skagway, Tracy Arm Fjords, Ketchikan, Victoria, Seattle
This was a great cruise. The Crown Princess is a great ship and it has plenty of entertainment and activities for the time at sea. There are a lot of excursions to choose from in the different ports. I enjoyed all of mine. The time at the Ketchikan and Victoria ports was too short, not to mention that the Victoria port was at night. I would have preferred to skip the Victoria port to have more time in Ketchikan.

Crown Princess Mexican Riviera

| Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo
We had a great cruise (again) on the Crown Princess. Food was great and the staff was friendly and efficient. We hardly ever saw our room steward but our room was always clean and well stocked. He accommodated our requests quickly and with a smile. The ship could use a little care (showing a little wear) but it didn't take away from our cruise at all. Everything was clean. We just went for the value and ease of the Mexican Riviera and weren't sure we would even go ashore. The ports turned out to be a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Crown Grill and Sabatini's for a great dinner with excellent service. We would definitely do this cruise again.

Crouded on the Crown

| Mexico
all aspects very good except I prefer a smaller ship 3000 passengers on a fully booked cruise is a little much for me

Excellent Vacation

| California Coastal
Shows scheduled so you couldn't make it after early seating. Same with dance music. Scheduled when at dinner. Overall just great.

Alaska 2016

| Alaska inside passage.
Where there used to be separate nights for the better main entrees, this time they had halibut, prawns and lobster all on the same night. We didn't get our invite to wine tasting until that afternoon after it was already over. Because 86% of passengers were new to cruising, or new to Princess we were in the top 40 frequent cruisers so we were invited to the party where all the good food is served.

Excellent Customer Service Received

| Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, Ketchican & Victoria
It was a great experience that I will never forget. I will definitely recommend Princess Cruise lines to anyone taking this or any other Cruise.

Wonderful experience.

| Alaska
Princess did everything to make our experience the best. They made boarding and exiting easy. The staff without exception treated us like royalty. Will miss that since we are back home. I would definitely recommend Princess.

Crown Princess 12-28-2015

| Manzanillo, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas
Princess is a nice line to cruise, and the Crown Princess, IMHO, one of their better ships. I really have only 1 negative, and that's the food over all, and the food in the Crown restaurant in particular. Steaks are cooked well, but so under seasoned that they tend to taste 'gamey' for lack of a better word

Crown Princess cruise June 28, 2014

| Skagway train trip great
Cruise was most enjoyable. Staff great.

Great service

| Alaska
Really enjoyed the cruise, largely due to the friendly and accommodating staff. Loved having the naturalist aboard to teach us about the history, geography, flora and fauna of Alaska. This really enhanced our experience when watching for wildlife and visiting the glaciers.

We loved it!

| Seattle, Juneau, Skagway, Ketchican, Victoria
Great cruise and ports

Featuring our latest innovations, Crown Princess is one of the largest Princess ships, with room for 3,080 passengers. From her nearly 900 balconies, you can enjoy sweeping views of romantic landscapes across the world.  After experiencing the relaxed comfort of our intimate onboard venues, however, you may not want to explore the beauty ashore! The serenity of The Sanctuary and the casual street café atmosphere of the Piazza may just reel you in for the day, while your nights might be filled with the great tasting food offered in the Crown Grill followed by a first-run film at Movies Under the Stars®.
