Personal Choice Dining
The Princess Cruises passion for culinary arts is best expressed in C.H.E.F. or Culinary Heritage of Excellence in Food — a Princess tradition of world-class chefs creating exceptional dishes with the finest ingredients. Lotus Spa Cuisine on dinner menus is also available for even more variety.
Dining choices vary by ship and include:
Main Dining Room, Ultimate Balcony Dining, Poolside Pizzeria, Burger and Hot Dog Grill, Ice Cream Bar, Evening Bistro, Wine & Caviar Bar, and Specialty Restaurants. Horizon Court and Room Service are open 24 hours a day.

Bayou Café & Steakhouse
Experience the first New Orleans-style restaurant at sea, and enjoy fabulous Creole and Cajun traditional cuisine, such as jambalaya, etouffee and crawfish gumbo.
Sabatini's
Sabatini's serves up an authentic Italian dining experience in a remarkable eight-course meal. The stellar menu features both local seafood specialties and other regional favorites.
Sterling Steakhouse
Experience a more refined approach to the traditional steakhouse. Enjoy the best, most tender cuts of beef, such as New York steak and porterhouse, plus a prime-rib carving station.

From computer classes to cooking demonstrations, digital photography workshops to ceramic painting lessons, Princess' ScholarShip @ Sea programs are designed to make learning fun. In Alaska, naturalists and rangers present an insider's look at the state's wildlife and culture.

Many ships feature celebrity guests or experts in subjects such as art history, culinary, destinations and a world of other disciplines, all ready to share their specialties with you.
Library
Princess ships are stocked with an extensive library, including contemporary titles in a wide range of categories and books related to specific cruise itineraries. Princess onboard libraries have collections of up to 2,000 books.
Poolside Activities
Swim, lie out in the sun and enjoy yourself in the many pools. Relax effortlessly underneath a retractable glass dome, on a terrace above the rolling wake, or work up a sweat and make some of your own waves in a swim-against-the-current pool.
Sports
Princess offers a variety of sporting activities for you to enjoy. Test your golf skills in a golf simulator or nine-hole putting green. In addition, Princess' unique New Waves program offers full P.A.D.I. open water scuba certification and snorkeling instruction. Most ships also offer ping pong, shuffleboard, a jogging track and a sports court for basketball and volleyball.

Every cruise features lavish productions with some of the largest casts at sea, performing today's Broadway hits and long-running classics.
Dancing, Karaoke and Comedy
Move to the rhythm of the disco beat or take a spin in the ballroom. And, for some belly laughs, catch a stand-up comedy act or belt out a song in the karaoke lounge.
Parties
Princess parties are known for fun that goes well into the night, with themes that add to the festivities, from Caribbean limbo contests to country western hoedowns — yee-hah!
Bars and Lounges
Evening cocktails in one of the ship's cozy lounges or swanky bars is a perfect place to meet up with shipboard friends and swap stories about the afternoon's adventures.
The fleet's mixture of bars and lounges are designed to set the mood and stir up fun. Dance under a moonlit night 18 floors above the sea. Engage in stimulating conversation over wine and caviar. Or relax in the cigar lounge in the company of a glass of single malt whiskey or vintage port in one hand and a Montecristo in the other. The nights are always young onboard Princess.
Movies and TV
All ships show first-run films and each stateroom has a TV. Where satellite signals prevail, Princess Cruises offers ESPN, CNN, TNT, TCM, CNN Espanol, Cartoon Network, Boomerang Classic Cartoons and kid's programming, plus an onboard version of Discovery Channel.
Movies Under the Stars
A cruise ship innovation when it debuted aboard Caribbean Princess in 2004, Princess' "Movies Under the Stars" outdoor theaters have become one of the line's now-signature features, adding an innovative way for passengers to enjoy the latest films, family fare, sporting events, and other special programming throughout the day while relaxing at the pool.
The million dollar screen is currently installed aboard Caribbean Princess, Crown Princess, Emerald Princess, Grand Princess and Sea Princess. Each state-of-the-art Times Square-style LED (Light Emitting Diode) screen is more than 300 square feet in size with a 69,000-watt sound system and has sufficient lighting power to be seen clearly at mid-day and heard clearly even while the ship is moving at full speed -- offering passengers a movie experience comparable to the best shoreside movie theater.
Casino
Princess Cruise’s goal is to provide you with a fun-filled and exciting casino experience. Princess offers all of the popular table games with Las Vegas style rules including Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Caribbean Stud, Let It Ride, and Three Card Poker. Princess Casinos offers the latest in exciting slots as well as slot tournaments. You can choose from video poker, slots, and novelty machines -- many of which have progressive jackpots! Bingo is also offered throughout your cruise.
Youth and Teens
On all vessels except Tahitian and Pacific Princess, you'll find completely equipped Youth and Teen Centers. There's everything from arts and crafts corners, games tables, movies, and splash pool area.
Princess operates youth programs on Tahitian or Pacific Princess when 20 or more children ages 3 to 17 are traveling on a given voyage. Children under the age of 3 are allowed to visit the Youth Center, if accompanied and supervised by a parent at all times.
Fun Zone Activities -Exclusively designed for junior cruisers ages 3 to 12! Princess Fun Zone Activities are divided into two age groups:

Teen Center
Remix is designed for teens ages 13-17 and offers a wide range of activities. The astounding Teen Centers are packed with Playstation 2, the latest movies and music, 
Karaoke, giant screen TVs, card games, board games, ping pong tables and juke boxes. In addition to all these features, on Grand and Golden Princess, teens have a separate Jacuzzi and sun deck area made just for them.
Princess Cruises also offers teen-age passengers a wide range of activities such as: teens-only dance parties, the Dating Game, T-shirt painting, sports tournaments, Karaoke and talent shows, Casino night, pizza parties, mocktails, hip hop dance classes, and teen dinners.
Kid Sitting
For your convenience, group kid sitting for children ages 3 to 12 years is offered on all vessels except Royal, Tahitian and Pacific Princess, from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. for a charge of $5.00 per hour per child.
Port Day Activities
Youth and Teen Centers are open while in port from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A supervised complimentary lunch service is available with parental consent.
Dining
As part of the Princess Kids program, junior cruisers will also be able to participate in two special dinner evenings designed for each age group.
Younger passengers will enjoy dinner without parents and in the company of newfound friends and counselors in one of their ship's many eateries.
For teens, one of the two evenings will feature a special evening get-together in one of the main dining rooms, complete with group photograph and a night out to enjoy Princess' many evening offerings.
TV Programming
TV programs appropriate for children, including cartoons, movies and award-winning programs may be shown on the in-stateroom television during the early morning hours, midday and early evening. Youth and Teen Centers are also equipped with giant screen TVs for late-night movie gatherings, featuring the latest kids and teen films.
Edutainment
From dissecting squid and building roller coasters to learning about endangered species, kids will have fun and learn too!
Scheduled on select seasonal sailings, the California Science Center will deliver entertaining interactive science activities for children aboard Princess ships. Whale watching, coral reef studies, building and racing sailboats, marine biology studies, chemistry experiments, and squid dissection are just some of the new activities that may be offered.
Princess Cruises also offers the Pete's Pals Program, as a way for Princess kids to learn more about threatened and endangered species in the areas in which Princess sails. Each year Princess will issue a limited edition plush animal depicting a species in danger for all children participating in this program.
For Alaska cruises, the National Park Service Junior Ranger Program teaches kids about glaciers, endangered wildlife and other animals native to the region. Park Rangers provide special presentations and activities for kids and teens, giving them an opportunity to earn a Jr. Ranger badge.
Internet Access
Internet Services Internet access is available on all Princess vessels through 24-hour onboard Internet Cafés and wireless network.
