As a guest, your comfort is Holland America Line's priority. The moment you step aboard one of their five-star premium cruise ships, a white-gloved steward will escort you to your stateroom where you will find all the comforts of home, as well as a few of the surprises that have made Holland America the world's leading premium cruise line. Throughout your cruise, attentive cabin stewards provide discreet, unobtrusive service, replenishing ice and arranging fresh fruit, turning down beds and delivering pillow chocolates. Anticipating your every wish, the gracious crew members dedicate themselves to providing you the best onboard cruise travel experience possible.

Features include 25 percent more living space than any other ship in the category, elegant and refined details such as fine linens, fluffy Egyptian cotton towels and bathrobes, massage showerheads and flat-screen televisions.

Your stateroom is furnished with a ship-to-shore telephone which enables you to easily call anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day (prices are found in your stateroom directory). All staterooms include luxurious soaps, shampoos and lotions; music channel system; and 24-hour complimentary room service.

You'll also find ample closet and drawer space, individually-controlled air conditioning, a television for viewing CNN, movies and on board features. All staterooms are equipped with standard 110 AC and 220 AC outlets. If your shaver operates on standard 110 AC, by all means bring it (guests with pre- or post-cruise hotel packages may want to bring converters and/or adapters for their hotel stay). You may wish to bring a travel alarm clock as they are not available in staterooms. Hairdryers are available in staterooms on all ships.

For safety reasons, Holland America Line respectfully requests that you do not iron clothing in your stateroom. Ironing facilities are available at the self-service laundry rooms for your convenience on all ships except the ms Oosterdam, ms Westerdam, ms Zuiderdam and ms Noordam. In addition, full laundry and valet services are available on all of our ships.

Neptune Lounge

The exclusive Neptune Lounge offers Deluxe Verandah Suite and Penthouse Suite guests a private retreat where they can relax, read and socialize throughout their cruise travel. Guests may take advantage of personalized services from the lounge's concierge, who will gladly make reservations for shore excursions, car rentals, the Pinnacle Grill dining experience and more. Part of the Signature of Excellence®initiative, the Neptune Lounge is currently available on nine of Holland America's cruise ships and will soon be added to all of the ships in the fleet.
