Dear Friends,
By far, Disney Aulani has the most extensive children's programs of any Hawaii hotel. They have a 5,200 sq. ft. state of the art kid's club called Aunty's Beach House with touch screen games and programs, most of which are dedicated to the history and culture of the Hawaiian Islands. Craft demonstrations and evening story telling are also available at no extra charge. There is also a children's nature trail that's interactive with a hand held device.
The resort has a huge spa for adults and one for teens as well. This is the biggest pool on the island with separate areas for all ages and adults; 8,200 sq. ft. and private snorkeling lagoons stocked with fish.
All rooms come with DVD players and refrigerators, hand held spray showers and complimentary Wi-Fi. There are 4 restaurants, character breakfasts 4 times a week and special island excursions geared to all ages.
It's really almost like a cruise. Oh, and parking is $35 a night; valet or self.
They are definitely setting a standard for family vacations on the islands.
Mahalo,
Patrick
