I appreciated your WELCOME HOME e-mail. We really did have an enjoyable time in Cancun with the Nelson's and it turned out to be beautiful weather after all. We were not sure about Gustav at the time but all went well going and coming. The lodging was great with lovely views and the Nelson's were next door to us on the sixth floor. We had never been there before and everyone was nice when ever we needed information for reservations or just front desk help. Arlene did have one bad sick day but did survive it and continued on.
We just want to thank YOU and ALL TRAVEL for the fine planned out trip. You did a beautiful job in seeing that we were well cared for. Everything went smoothly both with US Airways and the seating and the lodging at the Oasis Palm Beach Hotel. You were very prompt in getting back to us when we had questions about the trip and stayed in touch at all times. We were happy to have you as our agent and will keep you in mind for any future travels.
