Why Travel With Insight?
'The Art of Touring in Style' is the heart of the Insight philosophy.
Personal Service
Insight tour directors are unique and diverse, ranging from historians, would-be poets and actors, interpreters and walking guidebooks. They will transform every moment of your Insight vacation into lifetime memories.
Smaller Groups
With groups averaging around 32 guests and limited to a 40 guest maximum, Insight tours are smaller, more intimate and friendlier than the common other tour.
Leisurely Paced Itineraries
Insight offers more two and three night stays than any other operating, giving you more time to relax and spread your time, without having to pack and unpack each day.
More Legroom, More Comfort
Insight's touring couches are luxurious and smoke-free and have been restructured by removing spare seats and giving travelers twice the legroom as they would get on a standard coach. Facilities onboard include a washroom, air-conditioning, adjustable, reclining seats and state of the art sound system for soothing music. In addition, tour directors give fascinating commentary.
More Included Sightseeing
Exclusive to Insight are their 'Premium Highlights' and 'Personal Insights' elements that set them apart from other European touring experiences. And for those who have traveled with Insight before and are looking for a different type of experience, then Insight's innovative 'Independent Options' is perfect for you, where travel experts plan exciting choices for your pleasure, like visiting the Musee d'Orsay in Paris or a leisurely Swiss alpine hike.
Delicious Dining
Insight travelers have the chance to enjoy each destination in all of its tantalizing flavors and regional dishes. Each day will begin with a hearty breakfast that is always included and evening meals are always on occasion. Insight's three-course table d'hote dinners consist of soups and salads, pasta, paella, fish, chicken or meats, plus dessert and tea and coffee.
Insight's hallmark Highlight Dinners are a great experience for guests. Experience a delicious medley of fresh seafood in Croatia, a four course dinner and Flamenco Spectacular in Seville, or a rollicking Scottish Highlands Ceilidh.
Dine-Around evenings will let you choose from many carefully selected restaurants that offer delightfully diverse cuisine and ambience. Guests can reserve a table for two or take the opportunity to dine and get better acquainted with new friends.
Selected Hotels in Desirable Locations
Insight accommodations consist of both traditional and modern styles, mainly First Class, Superior First Class or Deluxe standard. Room amenities are excellent and feature en-suite bathroom and shower, phone, mini bar and usually satellite TV.
All Insight red-star hotels are centrally located, convenient to major entertainment venues and shopping areas and are within easy reach of historical sites. In the countryside and other areas of natural beauty, guests will enjoy spectacular panoramas in green-star rated scenic hotels. And on some tours, guests may have the opportunity to stay in hotels that are carefully selected for their historical and architectural character, like a real Irish Castle, one of Insight's magnificent purple-star rated Heritage hotels.
