Inside Passage top to bottom

| Alaska
Would definitely recommend the Seward to Vancouver trip. Ending in Juneau then Seward might be a bit disappointing. We did not see many mammals roaming freely in Alaska, which might be a function of the time of the year and what excursions were available. Would recommend researching the topic more thoroughly outside of the excursion descriptions on the website. Did see humpback whales in a group bubble feeding, orcas breaching, and many bald eagles. The suites were nice, but there may have been staffing issues on our cruise. Dinner meals often took a long time, and room service was hit or miss - some orders were not delivered at all.

Amazing ship

| Alaska
Could not improve anything regarding the ship itself. Great accommodations!

Alaska at its best

| Alaska
Staff was outstanding. Included excursions were perfect. Food was superb. Very comfortable and very relaxing trip.

Silver muse

| New Zealand,Australia
Overall a good time, fantastic host, made sure everything was taken of even when dinner reservations were a problem. The shuttle service at the port in Sydney needs to be improved, long waits. POrts like Eden, could be eliminated and add extra day on at Melbourne

Hong Kong to Singapore

| Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangkok, Singapore
travel time from port into Bangkok with traffic was horrendous. Excursions were disappointing. Fitness center is small, limited # of machines with a few out of order.

Silver Muse Western Med

| Western Med
Signature Host. Ship is beautiful but going through some growing pains. About 580 on board, suites larger than other ships and color scheme very neutral with high end finishes. Seven dining venues-dress code  organized by venue-very confusing-this is changing in Oct. . And dining all by reservation also does not allow for spontaneous dinners with new friends. This will be changed also, so that Indochine and Atlantide will become open seating. Both of these dining rooms are on Deck 4 and quite dark.

A Cruise Down under

| Australia/New Zealand
This was my 3rd time sailing on Silver Muse. There has been great improvements in the dining rooms reservations systems which were a problem initially for Silver Muse. She is a midsize to small ship with limited entertainment options although I found most of the guests satisfied with what was offered. The ports of call were wonderful with basic tour options offered. Meals were well planned, served nicely in lovely venues and the staff was for the most part excellent.

Australia and New Zealand

| Australia and New Zealand
Very attractive ship in common areas and the suites. The shore excursions were good. People did wear "formal" (tuxedos or dark suits) and cocktail dresses for the formal nights. That enabled you to eat in the restaurant of your choice.

Great ship great size

| Alaska
We had a silver suite and the room and service was exempt. The entire staff was also very good. Loved the choices of restaurants but some needed to add or change the menu for longer trips. The excursions were generally overpriced.

Bucket List Trip

| Seward to Vancouver
The pre-cruise land tour to Denali was incredible!

Panama Canal Cruise

| Panama Canal
See above, would only do if you want to be through the Panama Canal, Which was worth it. RGE

Silver Muse Jan/Feb 2023

| Australia/New Zealand
Difficult to hear some important announcements. We understand that there is a need to not interrupt at all hours of the day but when important announcements are not broadcast for the entire ship, information can be missed. We had to constantly open our suite door to hear announcements. Ship's clock was not working for most of the trip. Paying an extra $60/person for La Dame was ridiculous. Much of the same food could be found in the other dining rooms. Wait staff was hovering - they did not have enough to do to keep them busy as there were only 3 tables the night we were there - very annoying. Bar and wine service was always excellent in all areas. Attended several lectures. All speakers were excellent. Cabin service was inconsistent. All in all we enjoyed the trip, however, it is advertised as a "super luxury experience" but we felt that we have had similar or even better experiences on other cruise lines.

Silversea Muse

| Vancouver
The internet was the only problem.

Silversea Muse Alaska

My cabin was large and lovely. Our butler was fantastic and helped us in every way. Our cabin was cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast, which was so great. I loved the gym and all the lounge areas.
The ship was immaculate everywhere and all the time.

Silver Muse Feb. 1,2020

| New Zealand and Australia
Service, food, accommodations, all excellent. No main dining room but 8 different restaurants. Menu’s don’t change enough if one likes more Venus than others. Hard to make reservations for some and I think SS needs to find a way to make them accessible to all. Limited daytime activities on board for days at sea. They could improve on their offerings.

Inaugural Sailing 14 days

| Mediterranean
This is a ship designed for guests who totally want to cruise with the persons that are in their party. This ship has a great experienced knowledgeable crew, 8 different restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, and bars that are well stocked. Shore excursions are well thought out and fun.

Silver Muse

| Acceptable
They have several new dining venues, which is quite nice. However, if there is a function that ends at a set time, there is a made rush to wherever someone may not have a reservation, and it is quite uncomfortable. A solution should be found.... The Entertainment Troupe is good, but there is canned music, and the productions have no imagination or pizazz! The Celebrity guests were poor, except for one. That is not satisfactory on a 5+ Star ship!

Silver Muse Anchorage to Tokyo

| Alaska to Japan
The Silver Muse is a beautiful ship, built in 2017, carrying 596 passengers and 411 crew. The small ship intimacy and the almost one to one ratio provides personalized service for every guest and every request. All of the suites are ocean view or veranda and each has its own butler to provide that personalized service and to meet almost any need expressed. The staff quickly knows the passengers' names and preferences and provides seamless service in all venues. The public areas are tastefully decorated and well staffed. There are 8 different dining options with different themes and offerings (two have a per person additional fee.) Activities and lectures are offered daily and provide the opportunity to enrich oneself, to enjoy the voyage, and to get to know other guests. All in all, the Silver Muse provides the ultra luxury experience for which Silversea is known.

Almost Perfect

| Alaska
So close to a 5 star review.

Silversea Muse 7-day sailing - Vancouver to Seward

| Alaska
The staff was very welcoming and professional. The lecturer, Lt. Col. Rick Francona was exceptional. Several shore excursions were canceled due to the lack of staff to operate the tours plus the weather conditions.
