All guests in all cabins will enjoy the exclusive butler service. Whatever your cabin grade, your butler is available to provide complimentary refreshments at your leisure. Your butler will also provide a valet service that includes organizing theatre tickets, limousines, making on-shore arrangements or salon appointments. There is even a shoeshine service provided. It's these delightful personal touches and added services that make a European river cruise on board a Scenic 'Space-Ship' so special. 

You will be welcomed onboard with a welcome glass of champagne before being shown to your cabin. There, your butler will explain all your amenities and assist wherever needed.

For those accommodated on Rhine Deck or above, your butler can also provide other services. Fancy a cocktail on your balcony with friends? Or early morning tea or coffee in your room? Simply ask your butler to assist in the arrangements.
