A Grand Vessel

| Caribbean
Upon boarding the Navigator one can gets the feeling that you are entering one of the Grand Vessels from days of the past. The rich woods, the feeling of "old" elegance just surrounds you. This was one of the last cruises before she goes into dry dock in order to get a complete makeover. However, I was assured that the "old world" charm & elegance would be maintained. Let's hope. :) In any event, to a person the staff and crew are some of the best in the world!

The world's best cruise line

| Panama Canal
Excellence in cruise staff, service, food, drink, ports, entertainment, etc. Totally enjoyable. Excellent price for everything you receive.  Small ship, full service Regent takes care of you from the time you leave home until you get home. Total peace of mind.

Excellent Cruise

| Athens, Santorini, Gythion, Argostoli, Ravenna, Split, Kotor, Venice
Well run operation. Biggest stateroom in veranda category that we've had in over 14 cruises. Clean, well maintained. Truely all inclusive. Only extra expense was laundry. Very pleasant, professional staff. On itinerary. Gythion and Argostoli were OK, but there are other destinations that might have been better (like Mykonos).

Seven Seas Navigator, Christmas and New Years , Panama Canal

| Panama Canal
Regent Seven Seas always has excellent lecturers and with many sea days on this itinerary there were 2. They kept the guests engaged with daily lectures on sea days. This itinerary was perfect for guest  who have seen most of the Caribbean. With stops in Cartagena, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama most guests were seeing some ports for the first time.
The entertainment staff stayed very busy with themed evenings and holiday entertainment. There was also the always welcome bock party with guest gathering in the hall while a very fast Captain and crew raced through the halls with wine and champagne.
Days were extra full of activities and classes and the weather was a beautiful 80ish degrees with low humidity so the pool was well attended. The galley turned out daily local specials and excellent wines. As always everyone knew the guests names by the end of the second day...how do they do that?

Panama Canal cruise

| Miami to San Francisco
Great trip. I am very spoiled now. Lots to do, but no time to shop. Navigator's boutique had limited selection. Prime 7 restaurant was a disappointment, but all the other restaurants were exceptional, nightly entertainment was wonderful.

Regent Navigator Canada New England September 2014

| Canada New England
Monday morning after breakfast we checked out of the hotel and caught a taxi to the port. There were several ships in town but ours was easy to spot. Check in was easier than I imagined. With only 600 passengers it went smoothly. Regent Seven Seas has a very high repeat rate and about 30 percent of the people on board had gotten on the cruise in San Francisco coming through the Panama Canal to continue to see the fall colors. Our suite (lowest category on the ship) was spacious with a large window, walk in closet, nicely appointed bathroom, king bed and sitting area. Mini bar was stocked with sodas and beer. We could ask to the cabin steward for whatever we wanted and he would supply and replenish it. SWEET! We departed NYC about 8 pm heading for Newport RI, Boston MA, Portland Or and then into Canada. Dress code is elegant casual meaning no jeans or flip flops after 6 pm. Every bar had hot and cold appetizers with your pre dinner drinks with piano player for entertainment. No cards or signatures required. Dinner is open seating and we never had to wait more than a few seconds to be seated. Wait staff were all friendly and accommodating and the food was spectacular! The shore excursions were also included with a few options for more extensive tours at an additional cost. We chose the basic tours and were happy with most of them. Newport, Boston, Portland and St Johns were all very good historic walking tours. In Halifax we chose the Brewery tour as my husband, Jeff loves craft beers. We were disappointed that our guide, donning an authentic kilt, walked passed many sights without mentioning the significance. He rushed us to the brewery and the tour guides there took over. It was a lively enactment of the times and we enjoyed the entertainment. Beer was not the best however it was presented nicely. In Sydney there was not much to see and it was Sunday so most of the shops were closed. The tour was slow paced and wondered if the guide embellished the history to make it more interesting than it really was. In Saguenay, it was 40 degrees when we arrived. We walked into to town to get a few things at the pharmacy and considered not going on our tour. I obviously did not have the proper attire for this temperature. We opted to go anyway and we were VERY glad we did. This was the peak of the fall colors and we were on a walk through the Fjords National Park. The air was crisp and fresh but the colors were amazing! I grew up in western Canada and lived in Boston for 4 years and it still was breathtaking for me. Quebec City was a beautiful European looking city and we also visited the falls there that are higher than Niagara. Entertainment on the ship was a little disappointing. There were two piano players for pre and post dinner entertainment in separate bars. I would have liked a little more variety. There was a Broadway type show the first night and it was good. The stage manager had been called away for a personal issue and the shows had to be rescheduled for the rest of the trip. The entertainment department’s plan B for the rest of the cruise consisted of a comedian, that was very funny, a ventriloquist, that was good but did not have a good act, and our Cruise Director entertained us with her little song and dance which was also good. Three nights they showed a movie on the big screen in the show lounge. I was a little surprised that they did not have a replacement for the stage manager should something like this happen. The Spa looked nice but I did not schedule a treatment. There was a guest lecturer and wellness seminar to attend as well as fitness classes if you were so inclined. You can watch the lectures in your cabin, which I did while I was getting ready for the day. Our cabin steward was fabulous! We never saw him unless we wanted to. The room transformed ever morning and afternoon miraculously. Refreshed fruit each day as well. No hallways full of dirty dishes or laundry – all was very discreet. The guest laundry was across the hall and I was concerned it would be noisy but just found it to be very convenient to press a shirt or do a quick load. Laundry soap provided and no cost to use the machines. Pool grill was a great alternative to the restaurant or buffet for lunch. They served sandwiches, grilled burgers and a specialty item each day. Coffee, cappuccino and cookies were available all day long. All in all this was a wonderful cruise and since we were shadowed by a Princess ship for most of the itinerary, it was especially nice to not be in any lines at any time which we could see was an issue with them. I would highly recommend this for clients that want a more intimate experience without being nickel and dimed. Since there are not a lot of activities on board, it may not be appropriate for younger active clients that like night life, dancing and great entertainment.

Regent Seven Seas Navigator Springtime in Canada cruise

| Miami to Montreal
The staff and crew of the Navigator went out of their way to remember everyone's names and personal preferences for dining and beverages, which made the cruise much more enjoyable. The food/wine/cocktails were outstanding, as was the entertainment and the resident lecturer who talked about the ports and history of each one.

The changes that were made to the itinerary were unfortunate but not to be helped due to various circumstances, but the changes could have been communicated to the passengers farther in advance and with more detail. Also certain shore excursions could have had more flexibility built in for folks to have more independent time in ports if they wanted.

Alaska on Regent Seven Seas Navigator

| Alaska
The suites were very comfortable and spacious! Loved the big bathroom and walk-in closet! The staff were outstanding, warm and welcoming! The food in all venues was great - with lots of variety and good presentation. Enjoyed the shows too!

All aboard for a great trip

| West Indies
It was one of the best trip we made: Excellent service everywhere on the ship, destinations for the islands were planned for different age groups and a learning experience. Besides a lot of entertainment form bridge lessons to lectures to shows included a local folklore group that came on board to share their culture in Martinique. It was a fun trip!

Caribbean Cruise

| The Caribbean
The food, entertainment and other amenities were unsurpassed. The staff accommodated our every need and werepolite, gracious and very competent. Our suite was comfortable and always well attended.

Regent Navigator

| New England and Bermuda
The Navigator is just beautiful.....very little walking involved to get where you are going

Regent Navigator Alaska Voyage

| Alaska
Regent's Alaska experience on the Navigator is a wonderful one. The small, all-inclusive nature of this cruise creates a very friendly, happy on-board atmosphere. The Navigator has a main dining room - the Compass Rose, a specialty steakhouse - Prime 7, and La Veranda which becomes an Italian restaurant Seti Mara in the evening. Food was great (although a few said that they preferred the food on Oceania). Wines are freely poured and drinks are always available. Ashore, many excursions are included in the cruise fare, but the float plane experiences, helicopter rides, dog sledding come at a hefty additional price. It is worth exploring a land operator separate from Regent for these. This applies especially to the fishing, which many who purchased the ship's experience were disappointed in. The crew is anxious to please at all times, and the staff is truly second to none.

This Cruise Line will spoil you---- would use them again

alaska by Navigator

| Alaska
the best way to cruise Alaska. Crew is just outstanding. Food is great and not factory buffet slop found on most cruises. the fully paid including drinks and alcohol and room service simplify the process

Fall Colors

| St. Lawrence Seaway
It was one of our best trips. We liked the small size of the ship. The suite was the best as was the service we received in our suite.

Caribbean cruise

| Caribbean
Great trip

beautiful cruise

| Alaska
Had a great time---liked that there was a good offering of active excursions. Ocean Raft adventure our favorite --saw lots of whales. Also loved Tracey Arm-we were lucky enough to see Sawyer Glacier calve!

Navigator Norway Fjords Cruise

| Norway, Scotland, Netherlands
Regent pays attention to every single detail to make your cruise just perfect.

Coral Reefs and Silver Sands

| Caribbean
I really liked this cruise because it was ten days and the ports were varied and different then most. Having ten days was much better then seven because we got to as many beautiful islands and still had time to enjoy then ship. The ship was small enough to get to see people again and not stand in lines but big enough to have good entertainment.

Good Experience

| New York, Newport, Boston, Bar Harbor, Saint John, Halifax, Corner Brook, Saguenay, Quebec City, Montreal
A very good choice for the first cruise taken after 3 years of pandemic restrictions. Complaints are minor in light of overall satisfaction with total experience.

recent cruise

| australia
few shops.with minimum buying supplies, tours average, onboard activities need boost, weather in Australia at that time is hot and wet otherwise itinerary great ,food is good, entertainment including speakers was excellent

Regent Navigator needs improvement

| Singapore to Sydney
Having sailed on other Regent ships this one does not measure up in terms of service, food or hardware. It is the oldest ship in the fleet and it shows. However, Regent makes it clear that the ship size has many loyal customers that like the size. I like the size as well but there are other options in this category that are much better.

New England & Canada Cruise - May-June 2023

| New England and Canada through the St. Lawrence
The cruise was fabulous, with service outstanding in every department. We felt the food was not up to par with a previous cruise we took to the Mediterranean cruise we took several years ago. Although the entertainment was very good, we felt it was not as good as on the Marina cruise to the Med several years ago. We would not book the Navigator ship again because of its age and need for refurbishment, but would love to book another cruise on a newer ship in Regent's fleet. The Grandeur ship sounds amazing!! Thank you for an amazing journey!!

14 nights Montreal to Miami

| Canada /New England
The Regent Navigator is a small vessel with 490 passengers. It's been a while since I have sailed on this ship. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service as well as the friendliness of the staff. Everyone impressed as well.

MIA round trip eastern Caribbean

Navigator March 2022

| Southern Caribbean
This was the first sailing of the Navigator and it was astonishing that everything went so smoothly. I had heard that the 56% of the staff was brand new to sailing but their training was fabulous. They used deck 5 for staff and upgraded all passengers to veranda cabins.

Panama Canal Cruise

| Panama Canal
I would not cruise on the Navigator again, but would definitely cruise again on Regent's Mariner or Voyager, and would love to try the new Explorer. Traveling through the Panama Canal was great, but the ports of call on this cruise weren't so good (Central America). Also, I did not like so many sea days - maybe because the Navigator was too small. I would definitely recommend Regent and Holliday Cruises and Tours to anyone.

Outstanding Cruise

| New York, Bar Harbor, Boston, Halifax, Bermuda
Great cruise and fantastic it is all inclusive. The itinerary was varied and great! Crew very attentive. Relaxed cruise with fun tours at every stop. Dislike the idea you have to take headphones on their new experimental tour audio system.

Pearls of the Pacific

| Pearls of the South Pacific
The cruise was 8 days at sea and the rest of the days in port. The shore excursions were excellent and highlighted the destinations, with both cultural, and water based activities. The staff, crew and officers were excellent. They were 100% efficient, and went out of the way to make sure that all of your needs were met. The food was delicious and was presented elegantly. Any dietary restrictions were met with ease. Accommodations were excellent and the room attendants, were always available.

Great Cruise.

What a Ride (Cruise)

| Northern US East Coast, Eastern Canada and Bermuda.
The Navigator is definitely a 6 Star Ship and very upscale in everything they do. The facilities are above board and well staffed with trained people. We had a close departure flight and the destination desk took charge days ahead of time. I was called the night before and again on the departure morning advising me of the ship’s docking status, the disembark ramp and where to take our suitcases. We were the first off the ship, cleared customs and jumped into a reserved limo. the ship had arranged. We were to the airport on time and flight departed on schedule. That was really an added touch to a super, fun cruise.

Mediterranean Cruise

| Venice, Dubrovnik, Corfu, Amalfi, Siciliy, Rome, Florence, Pisa, Cannes , Marseille, Pallamos, Barcelona
5-star experience from start to finish. Excellent service, great itineraries, and shore excursions. The ship was fully renovated in April, 2016 and tastefully updated. Exceptional value for price paid!

Caribbean Cruise

| The Caribbean from Barbados to Aruba and many islands in between and back to Barbados
We cruised on Regent's Navigator. We have sailed on Navigator before. Great ship and not overcrowded. The food and wait staff are wonderful. We had absolutely no problems on board. This March they were 60 plus % full. Just getting back to full strength after Covid. We were tested by Regent as we were ready to leave the ship. The excursions were well planned and very interesting.

Barcelona to Italy

| Barcelona to Rome
Was a great cruise. The diversity of eating venues and entertainment will likely have me try a little larger ship next time.

New York to Montreal on Regent Navigator

| New York to Canada
We had a wonderful vacation with beautiful weather. We have been on several cruises and have never experienced the consistently high level of service provided by the crew of the Navigator. The food was superb. The Shore Excursions were well-planned and, for the most part, very good. Two of the buses we were on had problems with the microphone so it was difficult to hear the Tour Guides. Another tour was 30 minutes late leaving and that caused other delays in the activities that were planned for the day. We highly recommend the tour of Fortress Louisbourg in Sydney, Canada and the Cultural Show La Fabuleuse in Quebec City. Our favorite entertainers on board were Jimmy Travis, Margaret Lynn (Cruise Director), and the Krew Kapers. Unfortunately, the Broadway Show had to be cancelled because the Production Manager had an emergency and had to leave.

Regent Navigator, June 2016

| Adriatic-Malta to Venice
The suites and public spaces are in top condition. The staff is cordial and supportive. The complimentary WiFi, easily implemented, is a great addition. Executive chef's galley tour is excellent, showing the camaraderie of all the galley team.

Wonderful Cruise

| Mexican Riviera
A great experience from beginning to end. No cruise can be perfect but this was a close as possible.

Navigator New York/Montreal 2013

| New England/Canada
The ship has a warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The heart seems to be Navigator Lounge and library across the hall. Unfortunately, they could be a bit larger. Wonderful pianist in the evening during cocktail hour in the Lounge. No doubt there is a reason but I feel it is unfortunate that the spa has such a prime location (forward) while the Galileo's Lounge, which is great, is nevertheless in the aft of the ship. I know people who won't sail on the ship because there is no observation lounge. Service throughout the ship was excellent with the possible exception of a few waiters in La Veranda who didn't seem happy. Those on reception desk were especially helpful and went out of their way to solve problems. The cuisine was excellent. Although Prime 7 is always a treat, I do think dining in Compass Rose is a treat. Always I look at the Canyon Ranch suggestions, which are generally very good and provide for health eating. It is so great to have such choices It seems to me the quality of the entertainment staff is higher than ever. Some of the ports were obviously great (Newport, Boston, Quebec) but there were ports in areas where we had to drive quite a distance to see the one site that was especially noteworthy (Sydney and Charlottetown, both in Canada. The brand new port of Rockland in Maine turned into a low-key unexpected treat.

Nova Scotia Spring

| Miami to CA with 7 ports
As usual on Regent, we expect excellence, and they deliver, so we keep coming back!

The most relaxing Cruise ever!

| ABC Islands
The charisma and charm of the Navigator is unbeatable. Beautiful wood and decor and easy to get around. We started and ended the cruise with 2 sea days on each end. Perfect for relaxing. The next 9 days were amazing ports every day! The shore excursions offered by Regent were amazing and there were choices for both young and older guests. As usual, the Compas Rose was amazing! Perfect menus selections every night and the staff and waiters were one step above perfect! The food was the best ever and did not disappoint anyone. The entertainment was very good and had a large variety.

RSSC Navigator Canada and New England May 2023

| Canada and New England
Regent has upped their game in terms of friendliness of all the staff members and willingness to be flexible if needed. Since they are all inclusive, everyone seemed to be participating in everything. They also seem to be attracting a younger clientele than in previous years. This was an active itinerary with only one day at sea and lots of wonderful ports. We couldn't get into Corner Brook, Newfoundland due to icebergs, so the Captain substituted Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island which was a great improvement in my opinion. It was a fabulous port.

Signature hosting Alaska

| Alaska
The entire staff including the Captain were very visible and very attentive. They are to be commended for providing such a warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. They make it look effortless and of course we know that it is not.

I am sure that all clients truly felt that the cruise was an excellent value.

norway 2015

| Norway and Arctic Circle
We must recommend the Colonade Maitre D, Antonio Libassi and server Filipo, for their outstanding work. Everyone wishes that they had such good workers. They stood out amongst your great employees. The addition of Eco-zodiac excursions seemed to have a lot of interest amongst the younger (under 65) crowd.

Australian Adventure - Bali to Singapore

| Australia
I enjoyed the level of service and luxury on Regent while exploring Australia. My favorite ports were Phillip Island and seeing the Penguin Parade and taking a seal watching cruise; and visiting Kangaroo Island and the animal sanctuary was another highlight. The food and service on the ship were very good. My cabin was spacious, and my cabin stewardess had a great attention to detail. The ship was beautiful from the library to the lounges. The champagne flowed freely, and there was music nightly to be enjoyed.  What's not to love?

Jan 5 sailing on the Navigator

| Western Caribbean
From the L'Occitane toiletries in the marble bathroom w tub and separate shower to the comfy pillow top bed with luxurious duvet bedding, the cabin on the Navigator offers 5* quality. The gourmet food served in the Compass Rose and Setti Mar is outstanding (and even the burgers at the pool grill were delicious). Whether at the pool, in one of the venues, or room service , the staff was attentive, quick and competent - and always polite and happy to assist. Guest average age was about 60 and included an extremely diverse group of people, many of whom are very well seasoned travelers (one with 900 days of cruising !).

Great customer service. Food is great. The rooms are very large with walk-in closets and glass showers. The beds are very nice! Great to have business class travel. The cruise line meets you at the airport and takes you back to the airport at the end of the cruise. Great pre-cruise hotel and 5 star hotel in London.

Regent did an amazing job keeping 394 passengers in the holiday spirit for 35 days from Cape Town to Miami. This was a Smithsonian Journey, so the lecturers were relevant to the cruise and very interesting. It was a long cruise, but the food choices were varied, as well as the activities, so people didn't get bored. This was a nice way to spend the holidays.

Overall a terrific experience. We had a couple of minor issues with our cabin which was effectively remedied.

This was a great trip for our FIRST cruise! The amount of days (10) was just right for us and we completely enjoyed the experience. Beautiful ship and unbelievably friendly and courteous staff.

Great Cruise

| Iceland, Faroe Islands, Norway, Sweden, Poland
Excursions were all full and you could not make changes because of this situation. Also, Even Though we had had signed up for certain excursions on certain days and they were verified before the cruise, when we arrive on the ship, some of the reserved times had been changed such that we could not go on the excursions we had signed up for.

Amazon 2022

| Various Caribbean islands and a week on the Amazon River.
This was my 6th Regent cruise, and I've already booked my 7th and purchased advance deposits for two more. I love the all inclusive approach, really enjoy having a crew all of whom seem happy to be there, and appreciated all that this cruise line is doing to keep their passengers and crew healthy. Regent has added more itineraries with a 25% solo supplement, which is a huge plus for me now that I've returned to travel after my husband (50 years together) passed away in 2020. They've also improved their wifi considerably so that we had coverage for much of the time that we were in the Amazon. Being able to purchase streaming levels of wifi bandwidth at a very reasonable price was also a huge plus. I have some mobility issues which makes selecting shore excursions a challenge, but the onboard destinations team worked hard to help me make the best available choices. It was a truly wonderful trip.

Holiday Sailing by Regent

| Tahiti
Regent Cruises do not disappoint. The Navigator, one of the older vessels from Regent was updated and looked new and modern. The crew were EXCELLENT. Beds were very comfortable and cabins large even on Deck 5 which is entry level. Huge bathrooms and walk in closets. Food was just above average. Nothing extraordinary but very good. Ports were great, although weather not so great. But it was off season for Tahiti.

Dubai to Italy

| Dubai, Egypt, Petra, Luxor, Holy land, Greece and Italy
All good as usual

Great itinerary.....wonderful selection of excursions (they use top notch excursion vendors).  As I mentioned, the staff and service were superior.  Regent excels in these Alaskan itineraries.

| Amsterdam to Barcelona
The Ship is beautiful , staff the best I have had in a while. The food for the most part was wonderful. Unfortunately we missed 2 ports due to uncontrollable circumstances. That happens. Just a great cruise and itinerary.

First timers

| Montreal to New York
our first experience with Regent and it was wonderful. Only complaint was that there was no forward looking lounge. We understand that this is the only ship that does not have one.

A Smaller ship with more movement and vibration causing many clients a disappointing journey, especially not seeing St. Barts or St. Maarten
