  • Internet Access - Wireless Internet service (WiFi) is available throughout all ships.

  • Smoking Policy - For the safety and security of all guests and staff on board, there are Designated Smoking Areas available onboard. These areas are comfortably furnished and conveniently located near food and beverage areas. Smoking is expressly forbidden in all staterooms and suites, on verandas, or in any areas of the ship other than officially Designated Smoking Areas. Smoking in a stateroom or suite or on a veranda represents a serious fire and safety hazard to all guests and staff. Guests choosing to disregard this policy will be disembarked at the next port of call and may also be subject to additional fees that will be imposed to cover the costs associated with any damage to and the required cleaning of furnishings, verandas, and surrounding deck and accommodation areas. All areas other than those specified as Designated Smoking Areas will remain smoke-free. This includes all guest suites and staterooms, verandas, restaurants, public areas, the Casino, and all other areas of the ship. • Wheelchair Access & Special Needs - Guests with any medical condition(s) or special needs that may require treatment or attention or accommodation during the voyage, or needing to travel with medical apparatus, including wheelchairs, motorized scooters, oxygen therapy, etc., must advise Oceania Cruises in writing at the time of deposit. Please note some ports of call may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and in such cases, may disallow debarkation with a wheelchair or motorized scooter or for any individual with limited mobility. Oceania Cruises is unable to accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy. Oceania Cruises has the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who, in its judgment, is in a physical, mental or emotional condition unfit for travel or whose comfort onboard may be compromised due to situations beyond the care that can be provided by Oceania Cruises. Oceania Cruises will under appropriate circumstances permit its guests to use special equipment such as those noted above, which satisfy the criteria stated in the Oceania Cruises' Policy Statement.

    Wheelchair Assistance

If a guest needs wheelchair assistance at embarkation and debarkation, the request must be communicated prior to departure so appropriate arrangements for assistance can be made. If a guest is requesting wheelchair assistance at the airport, they must contact the airline directly.

    Oxygen

Oceania Cruises does not provide oxygen for guests. If a guest requires oxygen, they will need to bring it on board with them. The guest may contact a supply company that will deliver it to the ship for them. Oceania will need to know how many containers, what size they are, and the type. Liquid oxygen is not allowed on board Oceania ships at any time. If the guest needs oxygen for their flights, they will need to arrange it directly with the airline.

    Delivery of Medical Equipment

Having medical equipment brought on board is handled on a case by case basis. Oceania Cruises must receive the full dimensions, description of the equipment, name of the delivery company, and all other pertinent information prior to the cruise.

  • Currency - Oceania Cruises uses a cashless system based on the U.S. dollar. All onboard purchases and services, other than the casino, will be billed to an onboard account. You will be required to register an American Express, Mastercard, or Visa card during the embarkation process.

  • Electrical - Each stateroom has two 110 volt outlets and two 220 volt outlets which can be used for items such as battery chargers, hair dryers, razors, and personal hygiene items.

Nautica

| Rome
Very good cruise line.

I love cruising

| UK, Ireland, Scotland and Wales
The ship is just the right size. The food was excellent and the variety superb. Our stateroom was roomy, with comfortable mattress and linens. We couldn’t have asked for a better room steward.

Europe 2015

| Europe
The best service we have had on any of our 13 cruises. Excellent food and good variety. Head waiter, Francisco, waiter, Jose, and assistant waiter,Ai, and head waiter/hostess,Sylvia made our cruise memorial event. All these people knew our names after the first night's dining. Very special and Oceania should recognize each of them.

Hosting Oceania Nautica, June 1, 2017

| United Kingdom
This was my first experience sailing on Oceania. I was in stateroom 4000. The cabin was nicely appointed but the storage space was minimal. We kept losing things and even found a prior guest's bathing suit in one of the high shelves. The service was really quite good and some of the staff was outstanding. I liked the fact that the evening entertainment started at 9:30pm and I was pleasantly surprised that the shows were quite good.
I thought that their way of selling alcoholic beverages was tacky.

Se Asia: Grand Excursion on Oceania

| Singapore, Ko Samui, Bangkok, Sihanoukville, Ho Chi Minh city, Danang/Hue, Hanoi, Hong Kong
Really enjoyed the itinerary to five countries. Well-maintained ship. Great staff, very friendly with excellent service.Very good restaurants.

London to London on Oceania Nautical

| London, Edinburgh, Shetland Islands, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland, Ireland
I enjoyed the tour. We had a good speaker for the lectures. Prince Kristian Sound was a highlight. We booked another tour onboard for next fall.

Nautica Cruise of Western Mediterrainian, Southern Spain, NW African Island, and Portugal.

| Western Carribean, Southern Spain, Gribralter, Western Island off Africa, Portugal
Trip with friends and Wife was very pleasant, excursions were nice and not crowded, Ship and Crew very nice, respectful and courteous at all times. We would travel with this ship and crew again! No doubt!

Traveling the Less Traveled Area

| UAE,Oman,India,Maldives,Seychelles,Mauritius, Reunion,Mozambique,South Africa
The house cleaning group was wonderful & very thorough. They changed towels 3 times a day. For my birthday, they decorated the cabin with balloons on the ceiling. They took care of my laundry delivery. They were always cheerful.

Great Itinerary

| Iberian
wonderful Itinerary.

Viking Odyssey

| Viking Odyssey cruise
The stop at port the in Tasiilak, Greenland could be eliminated. You could have another day at sea or add an overnight stay in Belfast or Dublin. We were impressed with the chef using some of the local seafood in the different ports. One of the reasons we booked with Oceania was because of the food selection & ambiance.

Outstanding Cruise Ship Nautica

| Path of the Midnight Sun, Coastal Norway and the Fjords
With only 684 guests, this ship is just the right size for getting to know other travelers and for getting into tight spaces. Staff is among the best and the food is top flight.

Treasures of Scandinavia

| Copenhagen, Berlin, Klaipeda, Riga, Helsinki, St Petersburg, Tallinn, Stockholm
Oceania and Regent have just be sold to NCL. Concern that the quality of these lines may be compromised in the future.

Singapore/Hong Kong

| Singapore, Maylasia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong
As usual laundry room, tv/internet created most of problems. But that will never change. Oceania continues to ignore these issues, but they continue to sell out in spite of it. These are just the minor anoyances, overall still excellent. Cruise director not very good, when bad weather occurred you would expect A variety of things to do....nope

Wonderful trip

| Rome, Naples, Amalfi coast, sicily, greek isles, malta, turkey
All in all a great experience. Entertainment was okay. could use improvement.

British Isles 2017

| England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales
Overall excellent experience, a few of excursions were not what we expected mostly due to not allowing enough time to

great itinerary

| Middle East, India, Indian Ocean, Africa
Cruising isnt for me but if you do it, Oceania is an exellent company and this was a great itinerary except,.......the excursions were pricey and fell short on accuracy of descriptions, crowds of tourists, and time wasted. best to make own arrangements either ahead of time or right when you get off the ship. Facilities were clean, food plentiful, and many iteresting lectures. if i choose to ever cruise again, i would consider Oceania first.

Lovely smaller ship

| India, Seychelles, Africa.
Overall the dining was very good but unfortunately it was inconsistent. The shore excursions were overpriced for what was on offer. We found we could hire a taxi in any of the port stops and have them duplicate the itinerary at 1/3 to 1/4 the Oceania price.

CRUISE TO AFRICA

| CAPE TOWN S. AFRICA
This was our third Oceania cruise all have been first class.

South African Explorer Nov-Dec 2015

| Cape Town South Africa, Namibia, various ports in SA, Mozambique
We really ejoyed the pre-cruise and cruise itself. This was our second Oceania cruise, this time on the smaller Nautica. Food is excellent, and the staff ever so friendly and attentive. There were not that many sea days, but the entertainment (afternoon trivia and speakers) kept us busy. Best part was the ports of call (okay, Maputo Mozambique was below expectations) were the highlight. Sad to say, we enjoyed the tours we booked privately much more so than the ones through Oceania, which are overpriced for sure. BUT, we know that don't we? Highly recommend!!

Mediterranean Mosaic

| Spain. Malta, Italy and France
We were met at the airport on arrival and taken to the hotel making arrival easy. Departure was problematic. Would recommend having representative at the airport for smooth departures.

The newest member of the Oceania Cruises fleet, Nautica is a sister ship that radiates her own unique warmth and character. Her distinctive personality shines through from the moment you first step into her newly redesigned, neo-classical lobby or Toscana, resplendent in rich new fabrics and furnishings that reflect the charisma of Tuscany. Nautica boasts decks and verandas graced with the finest teak and exquisite custom stone and tile work. To ensure the elegance shines throughout the entire experience, there is all new Villeroy & Boch china, the finest silver and crystal, and a distinctive museum-quality art collection that is an eclectic melding of traditional and contemporary, with a touch of whimsy.
