I am a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant with more than 25 years of experience helping small and medium sized businesses with their travel needs. Working in the corporate travel arena is very fulfilling—I like becoming an additional member of my client’s staff, relieving them of their travel worries so they can concentrate on their own responsibilities. I have received a diploma as a Business and First Class Specialist through Travel Agent University. I also specialize in “High End” spa, and luxury vacations (especially Four Seasons Resorts, Signature Travel Network luxury hotels, Langham Hotels, Design Hotels, Firmdale Hotels and many more—and I love finding new and unique properties for my clients to visit. I am also a Virgin Atlantic Airways Specialist, a Hotel Excellence Specialist with Marriott Hotels and a Wingate Hotels Trained Specialist.
When I travel, I always enjoy visiting hotels and going on site inspections so I can better serve my clients. Last year I spent a wonderful week in Vienna and Salzburg, experiencing their great history, learning how to dance the waltz, exploring museums, and hearing music everywhere. This trip helped me recommend hotels and tours to my clients upon my return. My latest journey was to Sweden and Finland.
My background is in office and volunteer management, as well as personal skills training, and I enjoy learning new systems and helping others. I just completed a course at West Los Angeles College in Mediation Skills and Training which was really interesting. I am now a member of the Southern California Mediation Association, and hope to volunteer to assist at risk youth and families to help improve their lives. In my spare time, I am actively involved in the community where I live and I served for 7 years as a Culver City Commissioner of Parks, Recreation & Community Services, twice as Chair.
In addition, for more than 16 years, I have served as the Chair of Friends of the Culver City Dog Park, a non-profit group that helped establish an off-leash dog park which serves thousands of people each year. I am currently serving my second four year term on the Culver City Civil Service Commission, and was honored to be selected by my fellow Commissioners to serve as Chair for the 2013-14 term. Currently, I am the Vice Chair of this Commission. In 2011, I was named one of 26 “SHeroes” for the 26th California Senatorial District by Senator Curren Price for my community involvement and volunteerism—an award of which I’m very proud.
I love spending time with my two senior dogs who are great companions and I love to explore new places

For practically all of my 13 years with the company, we have been using All-Travel
As I think you know, I have been travelling extensively in my role as Senior VP, Sales, for Strategic Partners. For practically all of my 13 years with the company, we have been using All-Travel, with Vicki as our primary contact person. At this point, I work with her almost on a daily basis, and she has always been the ideal travel agent. Namely, she maintains the highest professional standards, and she is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, and available, even though I’m sure she is juggling many other clients at the same time. There’s no question that she makes my travel much easier, and frankly, I’m not sure what I would do without her.
I recently told Vicki that I was planning a European cruise with my wife, and I asked who I should work with from the All-Travel team. She said that Patrick would be the best primary contact for this outing. This sounded fine to me, since I have also have worked with him over the years, and he has always been very helpful. Now that he has been setting up all of the details for the cruise, I want to let you know that I have found his knowledge about the entire cruising industry to be remarkable. In fact, in just a few days time, he was able to lock-in a wonderful and exciting package for my wife and me. There were a few back-and-forth moments with Celebrity regarding pricing, but Patrick was able to resolve all of them for us, and we are delighted. It was a complete pleasure to work with him, and his response time to emails and phone calls was nothing short of amazing.
In an era in which service seems to be declining in so many sectors, I want to re-emphasize my strong belief that the ongoing service provided by Vicki and Patrick simply could not be any better. At SPI, we refer to All-Travel as our travel partners, and both of these outstanding individuals truly exemplify exactly what that means.
My wife joins me in sending major thanks to them and to you!

Vicki Goes the Extra Mile!

Vicki, Thanks for Securing my Upper Class Seat on Virgin!
Where do I begin... Thank you very much for your persistence in securing the Upper Class Virgin seat. Check in was very smooth and the staff was very attentive at moving the process through quickly. The Virgin Lounge at Heathrow was magnificent. The Lounge was very large with various sections...a dining room, game room, TV area, a computer room/library, garden terrace and many sitting areas. The servers were quick with orders from the bar and kitchen...did not have to pay for anything in the Lounge. The flight staff was extremely attentive to every passengers' needs. At the beginning of the flight, I began to suffer from severe sinus congestion and the steward gave me a menthol product to administer to hot wet cloths creating a hot compact. It was a tremendous help...a few minutes later my sinus pressure was relieved. The staff gave everyone the option to have their lunch when they were ready, instead of requesting all Upper class passengers to participate in lunch at a specific time. It was a surprise to see a bar in the Upper class section, which passengers enjoyed. We decided that we had to have a drink at the bar flying at 30,000 some odd feet. The flight staff explained how to convert the seat into a flat bed. Overall, the staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate any needs. I would encourage any of the Travel Agents to sell Virgin Atlantic to Europe/UK as a courier for high end leisure or corporate clients. I would definitely fly Upper Class again. Thank you again for all your work in making this happen!
