You were the first of many [Apple] staff members to go out of their way to be sure our party of eleven (ages 21 to 90!) had a perfectly wonderful vacation. Handling our dinner reservations was key to celebrating two birthdays. It's good to know in the future you could have done that before we arrived, especially in your busy season.

Sandra at All-Travel gave us so much helpful information about the resort before we left, it made everything easy. We will book with Apple Vacations again, I know they were behind many extras during our stay & you're staff at Bahia Principe Coba is expert at carrying them out. Our room was beautiful & Miguel keep it so nice. Loved all the extra towel critters, birthday balloons & goodies!

Felix, the food & beverage manager also went out of his way for us! The flavored Tequila was exceptional! The restaurants, wonderful & the buffet's were so fresh & had so much to choose from, everyone was happy. The wait staff for our impromptu birthday breakfast at Kukulcan were so much fun. I wish I new all their names, Emilio was one who happen to be working the am shift. We felt welcome at every table.

The only problem we had was with transportation. From the airport,The name of the Lobby "Premier"( not Coba) should have been specified, the driver had to take us to two different Lobby's, & this seems to have been an ongoing problem for him. We didn't mind, just thought you should know.

The transports within the resort were great, but could have had better signage, some had none at all. Was a little confusing for the older folks in our group.

Can't say enough good things about the whole experience!
