Great customer service at All-Travel!

Dear All-Travel,

I am very happy with All-Travel. I am an infrequent but faithful customer, as I have always found them to be helpful, flexible when dealing with somewhat indecisive requests (for instance, from a customer like me, juggling schedule versus cost), and good at creative problem solving.

I should mention that for the past couple of years I've been dealing with Alice G. at the Santa Monica office.

Since I am a programmer, most of my travelling is done "virtually." Many of my colleagues are suprised that I don't use services like Orbitz, Expedia, and so forth. My nerdy-but-true answer to them is that, for slippery problems of small-to-medium scope, intelligent humans with good moderate computer access, are often faster than computer systems alone! And it's pleasant to get human help

You may quote me on that, and also that I plan to continue with All-Travel, small-time customer that I am, and recommend All-Travel to my friends.
