Thank you for setting up our various reservations.

Just wanted to give you feedback on our hotel stays... (I'm giving you
our honest feedback because I know that you care and that you send other
customers to Europe.)

- Lutetia: very expensive for services provided and quality of room. We
were expecting a nice hotel for the $$$, we were a little disappointed.
Very cute on the outside. Small rooms (I know it's Paris BUT, no view of
any kind, didn't have an iron board in the room. Pretty old bathrooms
(and not on the "oh so cute" & vintage side..))

- Swissotel: horrible service!!! I complained to the manager. It took me
three days to get a hold of him!!! You should have seen the room. Small
bed, barely walking space between bed and walls, super tiny bathroom
(but with nice modern amenities). Twenty euros for a breakfast buffet.
On the bright side, Monica's room was great! Location was not ideal for
two women traveling alone (very close to train station & red light
district)
