The New Club Med Cancun

Written by Cory Chambers from www.all-travel.com

This time I went, it was 100% complete.  I spent alot of the time in the ocean, snorkeling along the reef, kayaking along the shore line, and windsaling.  I ate like a king and if it wasn't for a daily visit on the treadmill I may have come back 10lbs heavier.  The flying trapeze was always busy but I went afterhours and did it about 10 times in a row.  I got to the stage where they could pass me off to another G.O. on the other swing. Of course my hands were completely blistered but we had a ball.  Bocce ball was a favorite.  Wakeboarding was offlimits for this trip because of my recent knee surgery.  But this is the most active place, the best place to be.  You can be as lazy or as active as you want to be.  There are multiple bars and a variety of drinks.  The staff are very professional and nice.

They have an entire basketball 'sportcourt' to play on.  and they rotate it out with volleyball.  Every evening we did the Yoga at Sunset class, right on the ocean. it was unbelievable. very relaxing and the scenery was spectacular.  Each night they have shows and entertainment.  Kid friendly.

The weather was near perfect. The Club is so new and so clean and so friendly.  It's my Disneyland. The restaurants are great. Gourmet dining and premium beverages...tons of dining options are at your fingertips for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any time in between.  The Hacienda is right in the center of the Village,  beautiful terrace that looks out over the sea, and is open for every meal for a buffet style.Las Cazuelas is the large restaurant, with local architecture,  built on stilts and gives awesome views over the Ocean.
