ALL-TRAVEL.com Sponsors Local Tournament
Regional Taekwondo Event Sells Raffle Tickets to Benefit Tsunami Relief
Valencia, CA – March 15, 2005 – This effort could be considered the black belt of community outreach. When ALL-TRAVEL.com, Valencia’s leading provider of full-service personalized travel management, signed up as a sponsor of the upcoming American Taekwondo Association Regional Tournament it goes well beyond supporting the local academy with a travel raffle giveaway. The giving reaches as far as South East Asia.
“We want to do whatever we can to participate in relief and rebuilding efforts for those directly affected by the tsunami,” said Eric Maryanov, president and founder of ALL-TRAVEL.com, with offices serving West Los Angeles and the South Bay. “By offering a three-night Club Med vacation for two as a raffle prize, this should help encourage the sale of tickets. For the price of a raffle ticket and the knowledge that your money is helping others, who wouldn’t want to try to win a vacation?”
At $5 per ticket, and an expected crowd of more than two thousand participants and spectators, all money raised from the raffle at the regional tournament will be sent to the Tsunami Relief Fund to assist victims and their families. Hosted by Team Paul Kim’s Black Belt Academy in Santa Clarita, the Taekwondo competition will be held on Saturday, April 30 and features tournaments and a sponsor expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Downtown. Raffle tickets will also be sold in advance of the event, and are available at the academy located at 21021 Soledad Canyon Road, or by calling 661.259.8800.
“The tournament is an exciting event that includes residents of the surrounding community and we are pleased to be part of it,” explained Maryanov, who founded his successful travel firm 21 years ago, and now features an award-winning website. “We will be present at the expo with a booth for anyone interested in travel information for their next vacation, or to personally speak with an experienced travel consultant.”
The Southern California Regional Tournament is a popular event that brings together students from American Taekwondo Association affiliated schools throughout the area for a day of competition and community.
