WE'RE YOUR EXPERTS TO MAUI!
The "Valley Isle" was formed by two volcanic peaks that dominate this lovely island of plantations, the rustic whaling village of Lahaina, beautiful beaches, and spectacular beachfront resorts. Maui's warm waters surround you as you enjoy unsurpassed snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, ocean rafting, whale watching, and many other water activities. On land, you'll find some of the finest tennis and golf, not to mention unequaled scenery and sunsets.
Maui is the stuff postcards are made of. A fertile valley links the two dormant volcano peaks that comprise Maui with its miles of sparkling beaches, thick tropical forests, and picturesque ports. If you are a water sports enthusiast, golfer or tennis player, Maui is where you want to be.
Lahaina Town, a whaling center more than a century ago, was once the capitol of Hawaii. You'll find shops of all kinds, historic sites, museums, galleries, and restaurants. Nearby Kaanapali Beach was the first resort developed on the island. It's golden sand beach is considered one of the finest in Hawaii. Further south, Kihei and Wailea have some fabulous resorts, as does Kapalua to the north.
On the eastern side of the island, you will begin the unbelievably twisting, incredibly scenic road to the remote ranching town of Hana. The stunning beauty of this part of Maui defies description as you encounter lush rain forests, waterfalls running right to the road, beaches of white, black and red sand, and sweeping ocean views.
Day-time summer high temperatures range from an average of 85°-88°F, with night-time lows an average of 66°-70°. Winter day-time highs range from an average of 81°-85°, with night average lows of 63°-67°.
