Vitality Wellness Program
This new program offers lots of activities and options onboard and onshore to work wellness into every aspect of your cruise vacation - plus, the tools you'll need to keep the momentum going when you return home. Check out the Vitality workshops for expert advice on stress and relaxation, nutrition and weight management, and health and fitness.
Menu Items
Fuel up on fresh options. For a quick pick-me-up, try energy bars, protein and green tea drinks, and Tazo teas. Plus, you'll be pleased to find healthy (and tasty) Vitality choices on the dining menus, including trans fat-free foods and meals prepared with the freshest ingredients.
Spa and Generation YSPA
Indulgence begins here. Your treatment will be choreographed by Royal Caribbean’s spa staff to ensure the most enjoyable and beneficial result.
The finest Signature Treatments will optimize your relaxation onboard, leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated and replenished. With all the luxurious spa treatments available, it can be tough deciding which to choose.
General YSPA is for teens only, dedicated to serving the younger generation ages 13 to 17. Father-son and mother-daughter massage packages offer a great opportunity for some quality time bonding.
Families
Whether you're onboard or onshore, family time is bound to be a fantastic time! Games, events and activities are going on all over the ship throughout the day and into the evening hours. Go ice-skating together at Studio B or get down in a sea of polyester at the family disco. Some activities include: ice skating, sports deck, family discos, bingo, parades, game shows and trivia contests and much more.
Babies and Tots Up to 36 Months
Special programs developed by Fisher-Price exclusively for Royal Caribbean help your little one's growing mind learn through play. Set aside some special family time onboard and join in the fun of the Royal Babies (6-18 months) interactive classes held in one of the onboard lounges. Join your child in the fun of Royal Tots (18-36 months), with interactive playgroup sessions, held in one of the onboard lounges, offering activities that expose children to new experiences and teach you how to make playtime learning time as well. A parent or caregiver MUST accompany children 6 to 36 months of age during all activity sessions.
Nursery
Undoubtedly one of the most anticipated innovations from Royal Caribbean is the addition of the Babies and Tots Nursery. This colorful new space will serve as a fully-staffed nursery where children can be left in the care of our trained professionals, as well as host to various playgroups created by Fisher-Price and Crayola for babies and tots aboard our cruises. The nursery will offer parents drop-off options in the daytime and evening, while always maintaining an optimum staff-to-child ratio.
Adventure Ocean (3 - 11 Years)
You can rest assured your little ones are in good hands - every member of the Adventure Ocean staff holds a college degree in education, recreation or a related field and has experience working with children ages 3-17.
Aquanauts (3-5 years): They'll get to learn about local customs, do cool science experiments and make great new friends. To participate, children must be fully potty-trained and 3 years of age as of the first day of the cruise.
Explorers (6-8 years): All kinds of exciting activities await your 6- to 8-year-olds, like hands-on science experiments, scavenger hunts, theater games, and more.
Voyagers (9-11 years): The Voyagers program is all about kids having a great time, learning new things and making new friends from all over the world.
Teens
Our 12- to 14-year-old guests can come join activities and games when they want to, or just chill with friends in our teen-only lounge. And parents don't have to worry about you hanging out there, because every member of the teen staff holds a college degree in education, recreation or a related field and has experience working with youth ages 3-17.
The 15 - 17 Teen program isn't some structured set of classes or rules. You are almost an adult, and it's your vacation too. So Royal Caribbean gives you the freedom you deserve. You can join events all day, or come and go as you want. We've got great laid-back hangouts where you can just chill with your new friends. Some of the ships also have teen-only clubs where you can dance, listen to music or just hang out.

Weddings and Vows
Don't spend months worrying about florists and caterers. Relax on one of our cruise ships. Take a yoga class, get a massage or climb our signature rock wall. This is supposed to be one of the most exciting times in your life! If you're getting married, choose the wedding ceremony that suits your style, 
and we'll take care of every last detail of your special day. If you're coming onboard to renew your vows, why not celebrate your years together in a memorable way? Say "I do" all over again onboard a cruise to your favorite destination. There are a variety of packages for on board and onshore weddings, as well as vow renewals.
