Island Princess was built to Panamax size – this means she can offer you the exclusive experience of sailing through the Panama Canal! A high percentage of balcony staterooms give passengers the chance to view this feat of engineering up-close, or take in stunning views of spectacular glaciers during cruises to Alaska. Princess Golf Program
The Princess Golf Program is tailored for all golf lovers and anyone wanting to learn or improve their golf game. By simply signing up, guests can take part in golf excursions at the various ports of call. The Golf Professional and his/her assistant in charge of the program will communicate with the golf courses, arrange transportation, and provide full-time assistance while on the golf tour.
Princess Links Golf Simulators allow passengers to play on some of the world's best-known courses. There is a fee for using the simulators.

Western Caribbean - 4/2011
Music for everyone
This 7-day cruise had some of the best entertainment of any cruise that we have ever been on. There were two Classical pianists onboard; one young lady accompanied a string quartet (4 brothers from Hungary), None of them ever looked at a sheet of music. There were very good jazz musicians playing in one of the lounges every night. Princess even had two very talented comedians onboard that week, and not one vulgar word came from either one of these gentlemen...wow!
Pros: With over 800 kids onboard because of spring break, the cruise staff kept them busy and out of sight!
Cons: Only con on the entire cruise was missing Roatan because of bad seas
