At her launch in 2004, this incredible ship introduced Movies Under the Stars - a giant poolside movie theater featuring first run movies, concerts and sporting events. Here you can relax in a cushioned lounger with freshly-popped, complimentary popcorn under the night sky. Onboard, passengers can also enjoy a variety of street performing acts in the Italian-inspired Piazza, indulge in a soothing massage from an outdoor cabana at The Sanctuary, or savor a premium steak cooked to order in the Crown Grill.

Caribbean Princess® Overview

Choose to settle in on a deck lounge by one of the sparkling freshwater pools, or fill your schedule with wonderful activities. When it's time to dine, you can look forward to freshly prepared, delicious fare on your voyage. Whether you feel like a multi-course meal in a formal dining room or hand-tossed Naples-style pizza by the pool, Princess obliges your every mood.

Tipping Policy

To simplify the tipping process for guests, a discretionary gratuity of $12 per person for mini-suites and suites, and $11.50 per passenger in all other staterooms per day (including children) will be automatically added to your shipboard account on a daily basis. This gratuity will be shared amongst those staff who help provide and support your cruise experience, including all waitstaff, stateroom stewards, buffet stewards, and housekeeping staff across the fleet. For your convenience, this gratuity can be pre-paid before you sail by calling 1-800-PRINCESS and referencing Special Services item number 0597.

A 15% gratuity is added to bar charges and dining room wine accounts. This is shared amongst the beverage staff and their support staff.

Casino dealers and Lotus Spa� personnel do not share in these gratuities, as not all passengers utilize these services. Gratuities for such personnel are at guests' discretion.

BEST ENTERTAINMENT

Western Caribbean - 4/2011

Music for everyone

This 7-day cruise had some of the best entertainment of any cruise that we have ever been on. There were two Classical pianists onboard; one young lady accompanied a string quartet (4 brothers from Hungary), None of them ever looked at a sheet of music. There were very good jazz musicians playing in one of the lounges every night. Princess even had two very talented comedians onboard that week, and not one vulgar word came from either one of these gentlemen...wow!

Pros: With over 800 kids onboard because of spring break, the cruise staff kept them busy and out of sight!

Cons: Only con on the entire cruise was missing Roatan because of bad seas
