Club Med Fitness™
In the open air, in the water, in a gym or facing the sea, in almost all of the Villages, step, muscle toning, cardio-training or stretching are on the menu. Get moving with Club Med fitness !
For beginners, Club Med fitness works around 3 themes:
> gentle keep fit sessions (stretching, relaxation or warm-up sessions)
> muscle strengthening or aerobics (body sculpt, step...)
> aquafitness
At all levels, Club Med fitness introduces you to BodyPump® and BodyCombat® (tuition 6 days a week). These techniques are imported from the famous Les Mills Academy, which trained and coached Club Med G.Os, but the classics are not forgotten, with gentle keep fit (stretching, relaxation or muscle toning), aquafitness and depending on the Villages, lessons in Steps and Low Impact Aerobics.

One 18-hole golf course at 15-minute's walking distance from the Village. Transfers possible*. Handicap / index required.
NB: access to certain golf courses is subject to etiquette rules and in some cases a handicap / index, for example, golf shoes with soft spikes, swimwear or jeans not permitted. Ask for details at the Excursions Office upon arrival at the Village.
