Classes are adapted to all fitness levels – whether you’re a novice or a fitness guru, our fitness G.O. will show you how to modify the moves to reach your perfect workout intensity. Club Med Crunch Fitness is available at Sandpiper, Cancun, Ixtapa, Columbus Isle, Punta Cana and Turkoise.

Basic Yoga - Participants will learn and become comfortable with introductory yoga poses and breathing techniques, forming a solid foundation before moving on to more advanced yoga classes.
Kardio Katami Kickbox - A great new safe way to really get a great martial arts based cardio workout, while assuring the participants keep their alignment through out, with the use of the latest new exercise tool...the Katami Bar. This 30-minute class is followed with a 15-minute abs section that will really get you into shape for that Club Med poolside fun.
Fat Burning Pilates - Get the best of both worlds. Slow calorie burning in a safe and easy to follow format, combined with a pilates based mat format. Participants will really see firmer abs, thighs and glutes from this easy to follow format. Crunch video is available.
Revolution With Smartbells - By utilizing Smart Bells instead of old-fashioned dumbbells, Revolution blends yoga and strength training into a free-flowing exercise format.

The Marina golf course: Robert Van Hagen designed this 18-hole (Par 72) course located 15 minutes from Village.
NB: access to certain golf courses is subject to etiquette rules and in some cases a handicap / index, for example, golf shoes with soft spikes, swimwear or jeans not permitted. Ask for details at the Excursions Office upon arrival at the Village.
