“Wonderful Vacation on Regent Cruise & in Vancouver!”
Hi Julie,
Thanks for your mail. Yes we are back home now—we had a wonderful vacation both during the cruise as well as in Vancouver.
One thing was "terrible": The Hilton in Vancouver. It's a pretty old and run down hotel. The worst experience there however, was the breakfast. We showed up at 8 am and there was no food left...." we expected only 100 people and about 290 came and wanted breakfast"... what an excuse from a waiter! Lousy hotel! It just does not fit to a high end cruise line.
Everything else was very nice. The ship, the crew, the suite, the service—just impeccable! Everything turned out as you were saying, even the ship's vibration....
Rest assured we will come back to you if any travel needs arise, even if we move back to Germany. It was a very pleasant experience working with you.
