The Beverly Wilshire Hotel - Four Seasons Preferred Partner

April, 09, 09

To the Staff and Management at the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel,

I am writing to thank you and your staff for the extraordinary experience my husband and I had at your hotel during our celebration of our 15th anniversary. When we made our reservations through our travel agent, Vicki Daly Redholtz at All travel, your sales manager, Chris Rodgers made sure we were well taken care of. From the moment we walked into our room we knew we were in good hands and were going to be well taken care of. After enjoying the astounding view of the pool and the city and getting settled into our comfortable and beautiful room, we were ready for a snack.  We were happy to find an assortment of goat cheeses, crackers and dried fruit and a lovely bottle of Pinot Grigio.  None of which we expected.  But what a lovely surprise. Chris had been told that I am lactose intolerant and the cheeses that were provided were perfect and made me feel special from the beginning of our stay.

Chris had made all of my spa  and salon appointments in advance and the facial I had with Keiko was the best facial I have ever had.  Keiko was wonderful and she took great care of me. Everywhere we went in the hotel it seemed as if everyone knew it was our anniversary.   I was brought chocolate covered strawberries and truffles at the spa with an anniversary card in chocolate! We were given a terrific table at The Blvd. and enjoyed the amazing food for our anniversary dinner with a gift of special dessert from the hotel (again, I think, Chris’ doing).

The next day, we enjoyed room service breakfast which was brought on time and exactly as we ordered it and was removed promptly when we requested it.  Your housekeeping staff did everything we asked, from turn down service at what ever time we requested it to providing us with extra towels. We did wish there was a gift shop.  There were a few items that we forgot to bring and it would have been convenient to be able to purchase them at the hotel. On Friday night we had a meal at Cut restaurant that I am still dreaming about.  What can you say about the food at Cut?  Steak that melts in your mouth.  Just astounding.  And, of course, wonderful service.

The rest of our time was spent laying about at the pool and watching movies in the room in the comfortable four seasons beds that you never want to get out of. The whole time we spent at your hotel was magical and perfect.  We could not have asked for a better anniversary or experience.  We will certainly be back and will tell all of our friends how special the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons is.

Please say a special thank you to Chris Rodgers for all that he did to make our stay extra special.

Sincerely,

Debbi and Bill W.
