Harriet Took Care Of It All For Us On Our Crystal Cruise!

Just wanted to say thank you again for all of your help. The cruise was wonderful and all of our accommodations were terrific. We had a great time and didn't have to worry about anything. You took care of it all for us!!!!!
Our only glitch was on our final destination from Florence to Rome by train... our cab driver took us to the wrong train station...even though we gave him all of the details. It was quite comical trying to explain to the personnel in the info booth that we couldn't find our train....and them trying to tell us how to get to the other train station. Luckily we found another cab driver who got us to the correct station and we made the train by about 2 minutes...and that is why we need you as our travel agent. The only part of the trip that we had to do by ourselves...well, we didn't get it right.
But all ended well and we truly enjoyed every moment of our trip!
