Breathtaking Alaska on the “Star” Princess
Hi Lila, we really enjoyed the Alaska trip. 
Believe it or not, it rained every day from the time we left Seattle, to the time we got to Victoria BC. But that is the way it is in that part of Alaska.
The scenery was breathtaking, especially in Tracy Arm fjord! We did the whale watch from Juneau, and that was great fun, with many humpback whales sighted. We also took the minibus excursion to White Pass out of Skagway, that also offered fantasic scenery!
The cruise ship itself exceeded our expectations; fantastic food, entertainment, and service. We were glad that we spent the extra dollars for the balcony, as it made it easy to see what scenery was coming up without having to leave the room.
Overall, even though the weather wasn't the greatest, we had a ball. The fact that we were with two other couples was an added plus, as we did trivia contests, and saw the Las Vegas style shows with them. The shows were actually pretty good! I would recommend this trip . Princess does have their act together!
