Anniversary Celebration: Jewel Dunn’s River Resort, Jamaica

Upon arrival in Montego Bay Airport, we easily found our Apple Vacations representative for transfers to The Jewel Dunn's River Resort. We were pleased that on arrival that we had been upgraded to an ocean view room with stocked mini-bar and balcony! Evenings included turn down service with music.
Resort staff acknowledges all guests' anniversaries. One couple who had been married 47 years was upgraded to an Ocean View Butler Suite. For our anniversary, we were given a plate of two mini-cakes shaped in a heart.
The Jamaican staff was helpful, friendly...always smiling. We had a great time and enjoyed the live music as well.
The Riu Ocho Rios was next door to The Jewel and looked lively with lots of action and children. We were happy that The Jewel Dunn's River was an adults-only resort that offered a lot of activity choices and daily entertainment too.
