SuperClubs "HURRICANE" Guarantee
On Property Guests: Should a hurricane happen to strike the resort, guests at the resort will receive a reimbursement for the total $ value of the disturbed nights. In addition, a voucher for a future stay will be issued to you for the same number of disturbed nights. So if 4-nights of your stay was disturbed by a hurricane, you would recieve a refund for the full $ amount you paid to be there for those 4 disturbed nights, and you would also recieve a voucher for those 4-nights to return to the resort. This volucher is for use during the same month the following year, excluding airfare.
Arriving Guests: In the event that you are unable to arrive as scheduled because of a hurricane, Superclubs will offer you the following options: You may arrive after the storm passes. Either for the same number of nights, in which case, Superclubs will make every effort to confirm the dates and categories, but guarantee no (hotel) rate increase - OR - you can stay fewer nights, in which case you will receive a voucher for a future stay that is equal to the interrupted nights.
*This Hurricane guarantee is applicable at all SuperClubs Super-Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Curacao. It does not apply to resorts in the Dominican Republic, Brazil or affiliated brand resorts like Starfish and Rooms resorts. Also note that Curacao and Brazil are located outside of the hurricane belt.
SuperClubs "SUNSHINE" Guarantee
Every day is a SUN day at SuperClubs Super-Inclusive Resorts! It's simple. For each and every day that the sun doesn't show its face during the day, SuperClubs will issue a credit voucher equal to that day's Super-Inclusive room value! This means that what ever $ amount you paid that day to be in your room category that day, is the $ amount you will get in credit for a future stay! Since it is a dollar amount, it can be used towards a stay at any SuperClubs resort. This voucher is good for 1 year from the date of issue. At each resort our Water Sports Director will make the days official Sunshine Guarantee determination. On those rare occasions when the SuperClubs Sunshine Guarantee is declared valid, you must "ask" the front desk for their Sunshine voucher.
*The Sunshine Guarantee is applicable at all SuperClubs Super-Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica, Curacao, and the Dominican Republic. It does not apply to the resorts in the Bahamas or affiliated brand resorts like Starfish and Rooms resorts.
