I’ve been in marketing and P.R. for about two years now and am rather new to the travel industry. I think All-Travel sensed how aggressive the entertainment marketing world is and knew that my background would be beneficial to the company and their efforts. I’ve traveled to Mexico, Western Europe, Canada, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and took a tour of a majority of the states about 10 years ago. My favorite destination would have to be Amsterdam (I lived there for 5 months), but Barcelona was pretty cool also. I specialize in online marketing, HTML and website design, database analysis, data collection, and marketing coordination and development. I hold a Bachelor's degree and ATLAS certificate (Alliance for Technology Learning and Society) from the University of Colorado at Boulder and am proud of our recent Travel Age West Trendsetter Award for ‘Best Agency Website’ and Travel Weekly’s Magellan Award for Internet Marketing. I love this industry because I get to talk about beautiful and exciting places all day, and get to experiment with new and interesting marketing tactics.
Serenity At The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Big Island

Want to let you know Joan and I had great time on the big island, with much thanks to you. Everything went as you had planned for us; our United flights were right on schedule, Hertz gave us a free upgrade, and the Mauna Kea put us in a wonderful room on the 7th floor, with a view of the whole Pacific Ocean. Also, they acknowledged Joan's birthday with a bottle of champagne and other treats.
I will say, I didn't realize how exclusive and upscale the Mauna Kea is, being very expensive for everything, but it's location on that beautiful beach and bay, and the hotels amenities make it worth the expense. I got lots of great snorkeling in and was able to swim with the turtles, so I'm a very happy camper.
Thank you again, so much. Next year, I'll contact you about a vacation in Maui.

We had a wonderful time!!! Expensive in the end but wonderful! Lost tons of money gambling in the casino...met wonderful people and the food was exquisite...loved the Forbidden City and Great Wall but did not miss anything on the other tours which were very expensive. We learned a lot....now for the next cruise........." .

In what ways can All-Travel improve?: All-Travel has repeatedly provided us good service. Apple Vacations has a few Customer Service Issues. My only recommendation would be to use your influence to suggest to Apple that they need to improve in that area.
