I have been in travel for 17 years. This was a career change, as I had been a bookkeeper for over 20 years. To me travel is an education of the people their cultures as well as their land. It can be far away or in your own back yard. I believe the saying by St. Augustine “The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” My client’s dream vacation starts out as an education for me. No matter how many times I arrange travel to a specific destination, there is always something new to learn. I have traveled to Fiji, Tahiti, Australia, New Zealand & Hawaii – I love the South Pacific. I have also studied these destinations extensively. I have also experienced a safari in Kenya & Tanzania which was a highlight in my life. I have visited London & Paris as well as cruised in Europe on Festival Cruise Lines, in the Caribbean on Holland America, in the wine country of California on Cruise West and to Alaska on Celebrity Cruise Lines. I have been halibut fishing in Alaska many times, to Sandals Ocho Rios in Jamaica, Club Med in Bora Bora as well as visited Mexico. Travel can be a passion, a stress release and an education. Serenity At The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Big Island

Want to let you know Joan and I had great time on the big island, with much thanks to you. Everything went as you had planned for us; our United flights were right on schedule, Hertz gave us a free upgrade, and the Mauna Kea put us in a wonderful room on the 7th floor, with a view of the whole Pacific Ocean. Also, they acknowledged Joan's birthday with a bottle of champagne and other treats.
I will say, I didn't realize how exclusive and upscale the Mauna Kea is, being very expensive for everything, but it's location on that beautiful beach and bay, and the hotels amenities make it worth the expense. I got lots of great snorkeling in and was able to swim with the turtles, so I'm a very happy camper.
Thank you again, so much. Next year, I'll contact you about a vacation in Maui.

We had a wonderful time!!! Expensive in the end but wonderful! Lost tons of money gambling in the casino...met wonderful people and the food was exquisite...loved the Forbidden City and Great Wall but did not miss anything on the other tours which were very expensive. We learned a lot....now for the next cruise........." .

In what ways can All-Travel improve?: All-Travel has repeatedly provided us good service. Apple Vacations has a few Customer Service Issues. My only recommendation would be to use your influence to suggest to Apple that they need to improve in that area.
